This is Constantine Farticus Lingerie V. He's a pengy I drew when I was in my friend's crib while he and his parents were arguing and was threatening to disown him because he and his pillow wife were being freeloaders for too long. Thus, Farticus was born. I created him to pass time and give them the illusion that I wasn't in the room.
