Fallen angels are angels that refused to follow God and be "perfect" so are left in a limbo-like area. Fallen angels have all the same powers as angels but different rules. Angels were trained in the same areas as Angels, knowledge and self-defense, but they can learn different skills. Angels hate Fallen angels but demons are indifferent toward them.
Fallen angels have many rules still but here are the ones you MUST follow:
1. No inflicting harm on your human
2. No creating food or money
3. No telling anyone you're a fallen angel
4. Don't tell anyone where they will go when they die
5. Don't change someone's fate unless necessary to not break another rule
Fallen angels still have the same powers as Angels do, but can are known to sometimes fail if you fall to far from heaven.
1. Can create or control anything unless doing so breaks a rule
2. Can see the fate of everyone they cross, besides other angels, demons and fallen angels
3. You can control someone unless it breaks a rule
4. You have wings that can look like anything
5. You can look like anything, left to your imagination
