"So here we are again... Right back where we started..." Brendon mumbled, running his hand through his hair in frustration. He had been here before, had this conversation, wasted these tears, had this heartbreak, only time had changed, everything repeating in a never ending loop that even vine would be jealous off.
How could he allow himself to fall, to let him in, to give in... All to those blue eyes... Those dang blue eyes! What power did they have over Brendon that he couldn't control!"I guess we are..." Dallon mumbled, He hadn't expected any different. He knew it would end this way. It didn't take him long to realise that their relationship would end in tears. Only the tears were never his own.
"You know it's funny..." Brendon chuckled, rubbing his hands over his tear stained face.
"I was actually happy! After us, everything turned to shit but in the end, after all my wounds had healed, I was happy! Yet the minute you walk back into my life all my wounds opened. And I've never felt more vunerable... But I guess you could see that, couldn't you... That smirk on your face that first night at the bar, when you saw my face fall... You didn't care, you never cared! You never cared about anyone but yourself! I've done things I'm not proud off... But I would Never... NEVER!, Take advantage of someone, knowing how easily I could brake them down. But who knows! Maybe one day you'll find someone that makes you feel this way! Maybe you'll finally realise how much pain you put me and god knows how many others through. But then again, you might never change... You might just stay a heartless bastard the rest of your life... Dying alone, How does that sound Dally?" Brendon's emotions from the last five years somehow finally fit together. All these messed up games, could all be finally over..."Bren... What are you saying..." Dallon quivered, recoiling from Brendon's sudden outburst.
"I'm saying, this time... I'm the one who walks out first!" He smirked at Dallon's hurt expression, strolling cockily towards the door, turning the handle before whispering.
"Game over Dal... I win..."Dallon heard nothing but the slam off the door and Brendon's harsh words, echoing in his mind...
(This is really short and practically makes no sense but oh well! Bye bread bins!)
