So we've all seen a vector right? If not look above^^ [FunFact: that's my NaNoWriMo project. If you don't kno what that is go look it up and hurry it starts soon and you'll miss out and it's a great opportunity.]
So first you'll need to set up your cover.
That's my "outline" for it.
Next go into paint.
Click not the brush, don't forget to change your brush size as well. I also like to turn down the hardness as it makes it look more smooth. I'll post a pic of my setting below.After that, hold down on your image and select a skin tone .
Now just brush over your face like so:
Go into filters now and select oil painting. Adjust settings to your liking. [Tip: keep the settings above twelve because below that it just makes your image blurry. I had my one on fifteen.)
I them added a light overlay which I made. I have no pics for this but it's pretty simple. Go into painting again and fill a NEW layer in black. Click on the brush tool and turn the hardness all the way down and the size all the way up and draw white streaks over the black. Put that layers filter onto soft light or overlay and adjust opacity to your liking.
After this go into Phonto and add your title.
