~Krystalyn's POV~

It was late afternoon, but we still had an hour or two before we left for the fangs.

I was watching the Titans training with the hunters, all except Raven, who was helping the witches with the rest of the daylight protectors. I was amazed by the progress, but tried not to show it.

"They'll be fine," Seth said beside me, and I jumped slightly.

"I know," I lied, hugging myself tightly.

"You're worried," Seth pointed out, chuckling. "It's amazing, the faith you have for them."

"Shut up," I huffed, shooting him a quick glare.

"Krys, they're training with the best Hunters on the planet. They're not normal humans-"

"Starfire isn't human," I told him. "I don't care how confident you are, or they are. If something happens to them, it's my fault."

"Did you try asking them to leave?" he asked, quirking an eyebrow.

"Of course I did," I stated. "They're too stubborn."

"More stubborn than you?" Seth chuckled. "It's about time you got a taste of your own medicine. Besides, even if the rest of the team wanted to back out of the fight, Robin wouldn't let them. You two may not really be dating-"

"How did you-?"

"-but he cares for you; and it's obvious you care for him as well. If we all survive this, you better make sure you don't let him go."

I stared at the dark haired man for a few seconds, studying him. "You know... sometimes you remind me of a madman," I told him, smirking. "But every once in a while, you say something sort of smart."

He did a mock bow, and I chuckled, before lightly pushing him.

"Do you think we have a chance?" I asked seriously. "I don't know if you've noticed, but we're kind of outnumbered."

"But we have more skills," he argued. "More witches, Hunters, humans and aliens... Show some confidence."

I rolled my eyes, and went back to watching the Titans. The Hunters had armed them with wooden stakes, and Robin seemed to be the only one mastering the deadly weapon.

"Watch this," Seth whispered, before running behind Beastboy, who was focusing on aiming a crossbow at a dummy.

"Idiot," I muttered, and he smirked up at me, before screaming in Beastboy's ear.

The green bean got a look of panic on his face, before swinging the crossbow around blindly, causing everyone nearby to duck and cover. Seth doubled over in laughter, and I shook my head.

John glared at his leader, before thumping the back of his head.

"Get out of here, Seth," Jason growled. "Don't you have something to do?"

Cyborg was laughing now as well, and he and Seth high fived.

I could see Robin shaking his head at them, and I sighed, before walking over.

"You guys are doing better," I told him, as we watched Beastboy attack Cyborg and Seth. "Apart from Seth acting like an idiot."

Robin chuckled. "How's Raven?" he asked. "I haven't seen her in a while."

"Last I saw her, she was with the witches," I shrugged. "I think they're almost done, just the fairy vampires left."

"I heard that!" Someone screamed behind us, and I laughed.
