Safe? Ch15

Jordan POV

I woke up. Everything hurt. I didn't know what time it was, but I was hungry. I just hope they hurry. I heard foot steps, the door open. It was Mara, and she had food! She had a smug smile. James had left a chair last time he came, because he didn't want to sit on the ground. She sat on the chair, as my stomach growled. She started eating.
"Having fun?" She asked after she swallowed, I shock my head no.
"James will give you another lesson today, but I thought I'd visit first." She took another bit. 'Lesson' was they're word for hurt, or bruise. I shivered at the thought. After she ate, she left, then James came.

Wendy POV

I was driving five miles over the speed limit, and Bill still told me to drive faster!
"Go faster!"
"If I go any faster, I'll get caught!" He sighed, I knew he meant well but this was ridiculous. I was driving, Mel was in the passenger seat, Soos and Mable where in the back seat. And Dipper and Bill where in the canopy of the truck, it would make it easier if we had to get away fast. We kept the small window that connected the canopy to the front open, so we could talk.
"FASTER!"
"That's it! Mable shut the window!!" I had had enough!
"NO, YOU CANT DO TH---" he was cut off by Mable shouting the window.
"That's better." I smiled. Then Mables phone rang.
"Bill says we should open the window," her phone buzzed again, "and that you should drive faster." I grunted.
It took a while but we made it to the Washington border. Once we got past we pulled off the road, but stayed in the truck to talk. Mable opened the window.
"So Bill, where's the house?" I asked.

No ones POV

"Ten more miles, strait." Bill answered. Wendy started up the truck again and went on they're way.

When they finally got to the dirt that lead to the house, they waited. For about an hour. Finally the sun was setting, they saw the car with James and Mara leave about 45 minutes ago. But waited. They wanted to make sure they wouldn't come  back, unless they forgot something. They decided to make they're move.
They dropped Soos off by the main road. He went to the opposite side of the road. He didn't want to attract any attention. Then they drove to the house, Wendy stopped at the house. They made sure the walker-talkies worked, then got out of the truck. Dipper stayed at the front door as Mel picked the lock, they were ready to go in. She successfully picked the lock, and the door opened.

Mable POV

When the door opened, my gut started to hurt. The only one who's seen Jordan since the kidnaped is Bill, and even he was uneasy.
"Good luck." Dipper said to us and Bill lead the way inside. Mel followed him, and I followed her. First we where in the living room, then the kitchen, and then the back room. Bill slid the mirror to the side, revealing the dark hall way.
"She's in there!?" Mel was scared now, I can see why.
"It gets worse." Bill said plainly, and we continued. As we walked down the stairs I slipped but caught myself.
"You ok?" Mel asked.
"We don't need another person hurt." She was a little worried.
"I'm good." We continued.
When we got to the steal door, my eyes started to tear up. I didn't want to see her like this. Mel picked the lock. Bill put his hand on the steal knob, he breathed in, and out. He opened the door.

Jordan POV

I heard foot steps, could it be? I didn't hear keys rattle like usual, but someone picking the lock. I didn't have enough power to lift my head. I heard the door open, I used all my power, lifting my head. They where there! Mable, Mel.. Bill.. they came! Mable was fighting tears, while Mel stood awe struck. Bill ran to me, I was still in the corner. He wrapped his arms around me. But I didn't feel safe, not here.
"It's going to be ok." He said in the calmest voice he could find. He pulled back, Mable came up ands pick the locks on my hands. As she moved them away, I started to feel free, it didn't last long. Mables walkie-talkie buzzed.
"Um.. guys. They're car is pulling into the driveway." It was Soos, they froze worry all over they're faces.
"Wendy and I will distract them. GET HER OUT OF THERE!" Dippers voice became worried at the end. Bill scooped my up in his arms. At first I flinched at the touch. But I leaned my head on his chest. He walked to the steal door.

Bill POV

I walked up to Mel, she gasped at the broken soul in my arm. She lead the way back upstairs. Mable tailed behind me. Once we where up stairs we went out the back door. There was a forest right by the house, we hide in there and then slowly walked so Wendy could see us. At first she was watched Dipper talk to the two 'parents' on the porch. But saw us in the trees.
"Why are you here?!" James began to yell. Jordans tensed at his loudness, I just held on tighter. I knew she was scared. Wendy's eyes widened, she was looking at Jordan. But she averted her eyes. "Hey, Dipper. I think I got the GPS to work." Dipper came to the driver door.

Dipper POV

"Trees straight ahead." Wendy whispered to me, I knew what she meant. I glanced back at the two, they where going inside the house. I looked up, I saw them, I saw her, in Bills arms. I looked back at the two. They where inside now. Wendy waved her hand to signal them to get to the truck.
