Jordan // Shreya
Hey.
Well, howdy. This is unexpected. I'm usually the one who texts first.
I'm sorry.
Whoa! An apology too? Who is this and what have you done to my Shreya?
You were right. You were just trying to be a friend and I was being a witch.
It's alright. I mean I understand that you have some things you'd wanna keep private too. I was being inconsiderate and pushy.
Taylor was, well, is my ex.
Shreya, wait. You don't have to tell me if you don't want to.
I want to. I'm showing you that I trust you. And if you break that trust, I'll neuter you.
Duly noted.
Good. As I was saying, Taylor is my ex. We had a pretty nasty break-up.
What happened?
Prom happened.
Oh.
Yeah. He got me drunk, and, well, things happened. The day after, his ex-girlfriend made a scene and embarrassed me in front of everyone.
Wait... his ex-girlfriend? I knew he was with someone before he cheated on her and a few months after they broke up, he was with another girl, but he refused to tell us who she was. Were you, y'know....
No, I wasn't. He asked me to be his girlfriend a few months after we went out a few times before that with mutual friends, that's also how we met. He never told his ex-girlfriend about me, nor did he tell me about he cheated on her. And he never told his ex that he was in a relationship and uh, she was... jealous, to say the least. So imagine how I felt when some random girl came yelling at me about how I'm a whore and stuff and I had no idea who she was.
No way.
Way. No offense, Jordan, but your friend is a jerk.
