Believe it or not, Capricorns are very social people. They do well in situations where it calls to be "hostess" or moving the crowd. It's just that a lot of Capricorns aren't consistent with going out. In a social setting, they can definitely be reserved and introverted until they are comfortable enough to let loose. This is when you'll see their fun and spontaneous side. Capricorns have to get a "feel" for people to better understand how to communicate with them and most would rather be approached but they're down-to-earth once you get to know the "inner" them a little better.
