L O U I S
I was inspired to write Cursed when I watched the movie Exorcism of Emily Rose. Naturally, whenever I thought about Louis, the image of Laura Linney came into my mind.
A R T H U R
There is no specific reason I chose Ryan Reynolds. It's maybe because the only horror movie I watched recently is the Amityville Horror. And I happened to twist the plotline that night. So Arthur got a face, that of Ryan Reynolds.
A M A N D A
Whenever I think of Amanda, an image of Emma Decody from Bates Motel (Olivia Cooke) flashes across my mind. Isn't she perfect for the role?
J A S O N
For some reason Dylan Minnette just seems best for this role. Maybe because he has such a serious face. And he's quite lean (though not as lean and pale as Jason in my mind). He'll do :P
M A X
A new character? Oh yes. He'll appear shortly (chapter 14). The guy's name is Max Thieriot, and you might remember him from Bates Motel. You can say this 'new character' is based off him.
This is the main cast, and there are many side-casts too. But I decided it best not to include everyone. I mean I can't possibly capture some ghost and put it here, can I?
Please note that even though I'm adding a cast, I strongly recommend you guys to imagine the characters the way you want to and disregard this cast. Give them different faces, different voices. All that matters is whether you live the story. And for that it's necessary you imagine the characters the way you want to. But the only limitation is that the characters, their personalities should resonate with the ones you pick. Like, please don't imagine Arthur as Joey from Friends :P
And if you like any chapter, please do vote. If you want to talk to me regarding the story, don't be shy. It may take some time ( a day at most ) but no message in my inbox remains unattended. And I'd love to talk to you about the tale ^_^
Over and out,
Aditya.
