Chap 1: Unlucky day

Eun Ji P.O.V

The bright rays of sun shone though the windows onto my bed. I lazily stretched my back and got up from my comfortable bed.

Today is the first day in Shinhwa High School. I just moved from America to Korea a few days ago. I am actually a korean but stayed in US since young because of my dad's work. Now my dad has tranferred to a new branch in Korea. So we are back.

A new school maybe a new start of my life, may be good or bad. Anyway, birds were chirping merrily on the braches and the rustling of leaves made me feel that today will be a fine day.

I am walking along the pathway towards the bus stop while enjoying the warmth of the morning sun shining on me. After a few minutes, the bus arrived right on time at the bus stop and i boarded it to school.

Just within the blink of an eye, I reached another bus stop. I alighted from the bus and I could see my school building from afar. I walked towards the school excitedly.*cannot wait to be part of the school.*

As i was walking beside the road, a car passed by my side with amazing speed. It drove through a puddle of water on the road and the next thing I knew was that I was soaked from head to toe with filthy water.

The driver didnt even turn his head to apologise, but straight away drive past the school gate. I wonder who the arrogant guy was, until I reached the school compound...

I saw a tall guy inside the red sport car which just splashed some dirty smelly water onto me! He was coming out from the car. I can only see him from the side, he was wearing a leather cap and a pair of sunglasses, making him look handsome and... gorgeous! *Omg what the hell am i thinking right now!*

Without any hesitation, I walked towards the car and asked that fellow to apologise for what he had done to me. "Yah! Palli apologize for ruining my new uniform!" Well, he just smirk and walked away. *what a rude jerk he is!* did he just ignore me?

How am i going to school like that? I rushed to the nearest female toilet to clean myself. However, the stubborn stains were still on my uniform. Otteoke? My first day of school was completely ruined! Plus, i am late for class! *die XoX*

As i knock the door and enter the class, the teacher was already lecturing. I bowed to her and greeted her. She looked at my dirty uniform and understood my problem. Thank god she didnt reprimand me for being late.

" Annyeonghaseyo, I am Kim Eun Ji, a new student in this class. " I smiled and scanned the room. There were some student clapping hands welcoming me to join their class, some doing their own work, whereas a boy right in the end of the classroom looked at me dumbfounded. He was the RUDE guy earlier.

KAI P.O.V

I was rushing to school. I dont even care i am speeding on the road. "Swooofff" i drove though a puddle of muddy water and it splashed onto a lady's uniform. Perhaps she is a new student from my school, since i have not seen her in school before.

She seems purple with rage that time, trying to clean her uniform using a tissue. I felt sorry for her, wanting to make a u-turn and apologise. But opps, i am in a rush to school. Chesuhamnida new student.

As the English lesson starts, I start yawning as this is my least favourite subject. I leaned my head on the table, trying hard not to fall asleep.

Suddenly there is a knock on the door, followed by a sweet girl's voice, "Annyeonghaseyo, i m Kim Eun Ji, a new student in this class" a loud round of applause filled the silent room. I curiously lifted my head up, i saw the girl earlier.

I was left dumbfounded at the end of the class. "Dugdug Dugdug" my heart was beating vigorously inside, as if it was going to jump out to my mouth. *isn't that an angel who is standing in front of the class? Angelic smile which melts my heart*

"Okay Eun Ji, have a seat beside ChanYeol." The teacher ordered her to sit at the vacant seat right in front of me! I looked so surpised staring at the new student, until the teacher caught me. "Hey Kai, what are you staring at huh?" I quickly put down my head to hide my flushing face.

*So she is in this class? How good she was so near to me, right in front.* During the whole lesson, i could not stop myself from staring at her from the back. She looked so pretty when she was paying attention to the lesson. I think i am kinda attracted to her.
