Tuesday morning was better than Monday. You were on time to school, and on time to English. You walked in with the rest of the class, smirking at your teacher as he held the door open.

Your friend, Samantha, sitting next to you, leaned over to you when you'd both sat down, "I bet he's got a really cute first name." She was looking over at him, still holding the door

You rolled your eyes at her curiosity but smirked. "Ask him what it is," you said and she glanced at you, then back at him as he sat at his desk. You could see her considering it before her hand shot up.

"Yes, Samantha?" Mr. Sangster said, eyebrow cocked as he looked at her
"What's your first name?"
"My first name is none of your business," he chuckled, "but I suppose I could tell you... if you can guess it right."

A few guesses were thrown around but no one got it right.
You smirked and put your hand up, catching his slight smirk when he saw your hand in the air.
"Y/n," he said looking over at you, "would you care to take a guess?"
"Thomas?" you asked, tilting your head a little.
To your surprise, he smiled and shook his head, "Nope. Good try." You frowned and he just smirked at you.

After a few minutes, and a lot of guesses, Mr. Sangster stood up, "right, because no one guessed it right, you all have to do some work." He smiled, grabbed a pile of papers from his desk and handed them out, "you were meant to do these yesterday anyway." There was a groan from the class and a chuckle from the teacher.
"I'll tell you my name if you guys finish the paper, how about that?" he said, to which everyone agreed.

At the end of class, Mr. Sangster collected the work back in, thanking everyone as he flicked through the papers.
"Well, I think there's only one more thing before you guys go," he said with a small laugh. You and Samantha, along with most of the class, looked at him expectantly.
"Homework," he said, earning a groan from everyone
"I'm joking," he laughed, "I need to tell you my name." He put all the work on the desk and grabbed a marker as he walked over to the board, writing 'Brodie Sangster' on it.

You nudged your friend, "You were right, Sammy, he's got a cute name."
"I know, right?" she giggled.

At lunch time, you went to see Mr. Sangster. Once he let you in, you looked at him with a frown, "oh hey, Brodie."
"It's my middle name," he chuckled, leaning on his desk with his arms crossed. "I don't want everyone knowing my name, I like a bit of mystery," he said in a teasing voice.
You rolled your eyes, "is your name even Thomas?"
"Why would the head teacher get my name wrong?" he smirked as he rummaged through his bag, getting his wallet out. He showed you his licence - his motorbike licence - and you nodded as you read his name, Thomas Brodie-Sangster.

He's got a freakin' motorbike? you thought, seriously, this is the hottest teacher i've ever had.
