Fairy Lights

DANS POV: P2

I eagerly stared at the screen waiting for a response. I don't know what I was scared about, I just know i was terrified. That's a strange thing, being worried or feelings guilty about something when it hasn't happened yet. Huh, how my brain works.

After a couple minutes I decide he has better things to do then message me back so I try to sleep. My bed hair has already started to form and my brain slowly turning off. I reckon i've been trying to sleep for about ten minutes so my subconscious can rest because obviously Phil isn't going to reply. I know, I can't overthink things like this all the time. But I can't help it.

9am. I hear my alarm go off - I have work that day. Ha! I wouldn't call it work to be honest. Sitting in front of a camera and talking isn't the hardest job in the world. Anyway, I love doing it. I have a small fan base of just over 300,000 people and I don't really watch any other youtubers. It lowers my self esteem I guess. Suddenly my brain moves into focus and I think about the jobs for that day:
write 2-3 sketches
film 1-2 videos of those sketches
edit 1-2
put one online

okay. doesn't seem that hard I suppose. Then my head jolts. I remember Phil. He must think i'm weird for falling asleep so early and not replying to him. I turn on my phone and see a message from him. Yes!

Hi dan! If you don't mind could we move it to 6 if you don't mind? My grandparents are coming over for dinner and i can't miss it! ;) Haha, we'll see you soon!

It was sent last night at 10pm. I was most likely asleep by then. I write up a quick reply:

Hello Phil! Sorry I didn't reply! I fell asleep haha. And of course! whatever works for you :) Also have a nice meal for thursday. See you soon!
