Frat Boy

I've met a few people at this party, mostly frat boys. Mario left me to hang out with his friend Jeremy, he's a sophomore here and he's pretty chill, and cute as well. He told me he's studying to be a Physical Therapist, and that he's known Mario for a couple of years now. Turns out they went to school together in High School, that's where it all started.

"Do you have any chance of knowing where Mario went?" I yell over the loud music, he shrugs his shoulders "I'm pretty sure he left with some chick knowing him or maybe he just went back to his dorm, I have no idea" he slurs because he's already drunk, I nod and thank him.

After fifteen minutes of looking around campus for drunk Mario, I just gave up. I look down at my heels that are hurting my feet. I take them off and hold them in my right hand.

"Hey" someone says, I scream and look up and there's Mario. "Don't fucking do that!" I hit him with my heels, he holds his shoulders in pain "owww" he pouts

I laugh, and shake my head "where have you been? You do realize you're the only person I know well besides Jeremy, Tatum, and Gracie" I hitch my breath due to Mario scaring me .

"I found out that there is another frat party better than ours so I went over there to hang out, sorry I left you, you were looking like you were having fun talking to the girls I introduced you to" he smiles.

"It's okay, I think I'm just gonna head back to my dorm" I smile and put my heels back on

"I'll walk you, and perhaps maybe I can take you for coffee in the morning, you know make it up to you for leaving you in this lame party?" He offers, I nod "sounds great"

We reach my dorm, "well here we are" I pull out my key "I'll be here at 10 in the morning, I'll text you first and then I'll swing by here to pick you up" he says before smiling and leaving me.

I unlock my door and set my stuff down, making a call to my friend Tessa. She goes to a different college than me, it really sucks not to see her.

{Tessa} hey, finally you call

{Cara} well hello to you too

I laugh it feels like forever since we've talked

{Tessa} so, how's college life going for ya?

{Cara} eh, it's alright. I went to a party already, well actually a frat party.

{Tessa} ohhh, met any cute guys yet?

{Cara} actually two, one names Mario and the other is Jeremy. Well I don't necessarily think Jeremy and I are hitting off some where, but I have a "coffee date" with the boy named Mario

{Tessa} is he cute?

{Cara} very, well I think I'm gonna hit the hay. I'll text you tomorrow, I miss you!! And stay out of trouble

{Tessa} no promises, goodnight

I end the call, then my phone buzzes

Stop talking about me, I know I'm cute

My mouth flew open, he's spying on me!
