Bianca White used to be the school's golden child, who's untarnished reputation and ability to get all her work done, and know pretty much everything, had turned her into a teacher's favorite. Her high marks, almost perfect attendance, and sweet personality gave her the image of being innocent.
Back then, Bianca had never got in trouble a day in her life. Unless you counted elementary school where she used the bathroom without a pass. But all in all, she was a rule abiding student, and had conformed herself to be the perfect kind, the one that would land her into the college she'd always hoped for.
But as her world is turned upside down, her past image flushes down the drain, lost, and she hopes forever unfound.
She's hardly categorized as golden and is far from the model student she'd once prided herself on being. Her climb through the social ladder was a surprise in and of itself, but her place has been solidified. Her now unrestrained spitfire personality has gotten her into trouble more times than she can count and the parties she attends are not for the lighthearted.
Times have changed.

Chase Michaels used to be the school's bad boy, who's reputation had been quickly earned after getting involved with trouble the first month of freshman year. Reckless seemed to be his middle name, but charming and cocky were some of his prominent character traits. His stunning good looks had ensured that the ladies be nothing but infatuated, and his careless attitude what left their hearts in tatters as he walked away.
Jumping before thinking was his specialty, and his motto carpe diem. Chase was all play and no work, far too concerned with having fun and enjoying the times to be bothered with the future and its troubles.
But things change.
When something causes Chase to turn away and change everything he's ever been, and all that he's ever known, he becomes someone else almost entirely.
He still looks like the boy who left a trail of broken hearts behind him, or used to participate in "delinquent activities", but looks can be deceiving. He's remade himself into the image he believes is what he always should have been in the first place.
But old habits die hard, don't they?

Xander Sharp was known for being the school's charismatic jokester that everyone couldn't help but love. His pranks and loud remarks had helped earn him a high reputation right from the start.
It came as no surprise that he'd attracted female attention, hard to escape their radar when you looked like you'd walked out of a photoshoot. But unlike some, he'd known better than to use and discard them like Kleenex. But like most others, all he'd ever looked for was fun. He enjoyed his time with them and the benefits that came with it - if you catch my drift - but getting anywhere near serious had always been far from his mind.
He ran around with a smirk on his face, doing foolish things that got him in his fair of trouble. Having fun was basically his only concern, so he'd done whatever he felt like.
But when he makes a mistake that has cost him plenty, he has to make sure that he can get things right. He knows where he went wrong. He just has to figure out how to fix it.
This time, there's no joking around about it.

Believe it or not, these three used to be the best friends in the world, despite how much their personalities differed. While school was another story, at home they were inseparable, like three peas in a pod. They practically came as a package deal.
They had the type of friendship meant to last a lifetime.
But things don't always go to plan.
So yes, they were best friends, but all of that was before Chase and Xander had moved, leaving Bianca behind, deprived of two people she'd always had in her life. They'd had their own reasons for doing what they did, and anyone would be lying if they said it didn't cause a rift between the three.
Now, finally back home in senior year, and trying to reconnect with what they had lost, they return to not only a completely changed school, but a different girl to the one they thought they knew.
