14 || Here She Comes

The whole Black Butler staff and casts finished the recent episode in three days. Stunts in fight scenes were made by the actors and sometimes by the stuntman, Ash Landers. It took quite a lot of editing since there were visual effects needed to applied to emphasize what is happening.

They finished right when the set was setting. The sky was in the shade of red, orange, and yellow, and less clouds were floating in the sky. Ciel and Sebastian had made a deal earlier in their break time to walk down the streets near the shooting scene together, and the both of them were looking forward to it.

They walked towards the entrance gate of the shooting area and exited the place. They just strolled in silence, letting serenity take place over their minds. There were no people around, just them alone. Shadows from the trees and buildings around fell on the ground perfectly. The mood was just perfect for a walk.

Ciel was walking on the sidewalk at its edge, and Sebastian was on the road. The bluenette tried to maintain his balance by holding his arms up in the air, and when he was about to fall, the raven-haired man caught Ciel's right hand which was nearer to him.

Ciel felt Sebastian's warm and gentle yet supportive hand around his small one. It was comforting to feel his touch, to know that his friend was ready in case he falls. He surely was quite startled to be caught by him, but he smiled after he recovered and regained his normal composure. From that moment, they held each other's hands as they kept walking down the road.

They strolled until the night came and above them was complete darkness. It was only the bright full moon that illuminated the sky, there were no stars since it was pretty cloudy. They sat on the sidewalk together, their figures of different sizes close to each other.

"When are we going to go back?" Ciel asks, kind of worrying for his father whose intention is to drive him home later at 8, and now it was like 7:40.

"When do you want to?" Sebastian asks back, looking at the slate-haired boy beside him with a comforting smile.

"Not yet...I-I want to spend this time alone with y-you..." Ciel trails off, which was a good sign for the ravenette. Sebastian smirked playfully as he heard Ciel state that he'd wish to spend more time with him.

"Okay then," Sebastian responds as he puts his arm around Ciel in the most gentle way possible. He pulled the small boy closer, and Ciel snuggled beside Sebastian, trying not to be obvious that he did want to feel Sebastian's comfortable warmth.

They watched as the clouds were blown slowly by the cold wind, which they felt through their uncovered skins. The scene made Sebastian recall what he passed through, and it was all because of the pale moon. Mally and he both watched it the same way, with genuine smiles plastered on their faces and their warm bodies having contact. Sebastian felt the same connection with Ciel, but he never was reminded of Mally because of the beautiful bluenette. He is very unique for Sebastian.

Minutes passed and they went back to the area where Ciel's father was to go in order to pick up his son. Ciel and Sebastian waved their good-byes, and were satisfied enough to go to their own dwellings.

"Cut!" Edward stood up from his seat, walking a bit forward. He checked his wristwatch and looked back to the staff and actors and actresses around him. "It's break time. Take a rest," he announced.

Ciel and all the other casts went to their own seats. Sebastian saw Madam Red, the one who is in charge of their cosmetics, waving her hand to Edward, about to leave. The raven-haired actor became curious, since Madam Red wouldn't leave this early usually. Seconds later, he saw a familiar woman coming to the place.

She was still the same — she had her black hair curled tightly, her face still covered with full make-up, with that dark red lipstick, and those long eyelashes. She had a casual attire, like the ones that almost everyone wears everyday. Sebastian was surely surprised to see her in the shooting place. He didn't expect Mally to be here.

"Attention, everyone! I apologize for the interruption but I need to introduce someone who'll be working with us starting tomorrow," Edward loudly says, making almost everyone stop what they were doing.

"Madam Red will be taking a break and she can't do her job as the casts' make-up artist. So since she's gone, a good friend of mine volunteered to take her place until Madam Red returns. It's the girl beside me," Edward says. Sebastian just stares at the woman blankly.

"Her name is Mally, in case you didn't know. She used to be a stunt performer, then a circus performer, now a make-up artist," the blonde director smiles slightly.

"I hope to be friends with you all," Mally says shortly, Sebastian still hearing the same voice she used to hear everyday before.

They continued the break time, and Sebastian tried to distract himself away from his ex-girlfriend by moving his chair next to Ciel. He wasn't trying to be guilty or anything because of the break-up, for he has now moved on, but he just wasn't ready to face her yet.

After the 30-minute break, they went back into filming. Mally watched as Sebastian performed in the area, smiling for some reasons she only knew. Sure she wants to feel the bliss of their love together again which existed in the past, but no, she isn't madly in love with him anymore just like before. She cares for him and she knew that they weren't meant to be together, that's why she needed to pull up an act to put an end to their relationship. She just wanted Sebastian to be happy.

But it was her mistake. Mally thought Sebastian wasn't happy with her anymore because of the lateness when he comes home. He was just busy with work, that's all. But what she did was too much, and now he has moved on.

Sebastian noticed how his past lover looked at him with a genuine and caring smile, and he couldn't help but to play those memories they had when they were together in his mind.

"What and why the hell is this happening to me?"

Author: Yeah, yeah I know. Anyways, I put the part where Mally smiles at Sebastian to make you guys wonder if Mally will be a third party. Huehuehue ~so evil~
