Coming Home and Charlie.

Louis being blind hit them all pretty hard, mainly Louis. They didn't know what to do, how One Direction will perform while one of the members can't see what's happening.

They were all left wondering what happens next.

Louis stayed in hospital for another week, so they could run more tests on him to see if everything else was okay.

While he was still in hospital the boys thought it was best if Louis moved in with someone, that someone was Liam. Liam was the only one that had a bedroom downstairs too, and he was the only one dealing with it at the moment, well kind of anyway.

The boys came up with an idea, buy Louis a seeing dog, just so it made things easier for him. All of them renovated and cleaned up Liam's flat while Louis was in hospital so he couldn't fall or run into anything.

While that was happening Louis was still in hospital thinking over everything, a million thoughts were racing through his mind, all he wanted to do was cry, and that's exactly what he did. He cried for hours until Niall came into the hospital room and sat with his friend, trying to comfort him. But Niall ended up crying too, saying it was his fault, if he didn't ask Louis to his house none of this would have had happened.

The day Louis came home boys sent out tweets.

"Glad Louis is finally out of hospital and recovering."

"This is going to be hard, but we can pull through. Welcome home Louis."

"This is just another hurdle in the way, and we are going to get over it."

"We have a huge surprise waiting for Louis once he gets home. I'm pretty sure he will love it."

Sure enough he did love his surprise, even though he couldn't see it. He named the Golden Retriever puppy Charlie, of course with some help of the boys.

Management felt the need to keep the fact that Louis is now blind away from the fans until he got settled in and use to everything first. He was told to keep out of the publics eyes for a few weeks, until they organize an interview, and that's when he will tell the World that the Louis Tomlinson, of One Direction is blind, and might be for the rest of his life.

*Louis P.O.V*

I always admired those with a disability, but now I admire them even more. I know how much of a struggle it is to do everyday stuff now. I even struggle trying to take a shower because I can't see what I am doing.

Its been a month since I was let out of hospital and the boys have been a massive help and I don't know what I would do without them, they are keeping an eye on me and asking if I need help. They also are giving me space when I need it.

Everyone is over watching the football, while I sit on the lounge quietly by myself. I feel the lounge sink down, meaning someone is next to me. A hand gets placed on my shoulder, but I still jump at the touch.

"Sorry mate." I hear the familiar Irish accent and figure it's Niall. "I didn't mean to scare you." I shake my head in response. "It's fine, I know you didn't." I say back in almost a whisper. Since the whole thing happened I don't talk much anymore.

"You okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine, thanks Niall."

"We have an interview tomorrow." I just nod my head.

"You'll be fine mate, we will all be there with ya, if you want someone else can tell them if you don't wanna speak."

I think for a minute, I don't want to tell them about it, but they have every right to hear it from me.

"I will. They should hear it from me, not one of you guys."

Tomorrow is going to be a long, horrible day.
