____________________________________A familiar angry voice rang troughout the mansion letting the warriors of the Gerudo tribe freeze in their spot.
>>Please calm down my Lord.<< one witch snickered >>We have the perfect plan to restrain this childs activity around the castle.<< explained the other. >>I sure will hope so!<< roared the angry beast as an answer. >>You shall be king of Hyrule and these childs will rot in prison we assure you.<< the two of them said in synch, bowing deeply before the fierce glare of the Gerudo King.>>Is this the gem?<< the King of Hyrule asked as he saw the treasure chest brought before him. >>Yes your Majesty.<< the guards nodded. >>So, what are you waiting for then? Open it!<< the man on the throne commanded and the guards obedient opened the chest. The red light, caused from a sunray shining brightly trough the window on the stone flooded the room diving all the persons present in a mysterious light. >>It's beautiful!<< a maid whispered as she served wine to the king and his guests from the neighbour country, Termina. >>It truly is.<< the King agreed almost instantly. >>And you really want to gift it to me?<< the king asked lowering his head to make eye contact with the mayor of Clock Town. >>Of course your highness. It would be our pleasure if you accepted this gift from us as a sign between the long friendship of our countries!<< the mayor said smiling sincerely. >>Of course I accept it! It would never cross my mind to decline such a wonderous gift such as this. But please mayor, may I ask you to open take a look at our present?<< the King asked, his eyes gleaming with joy. >>Naturally.<< the mayor answered and gave the guard beside him a sign to open the little chest. As he was told to the man opened the wooden chest and saw a glamaerous crafted white mask with rainbow colored feathers. >>Beautiful!<< the mayor whispered in awe and softly took the mask out from it's place in the chest. >>The karneval of time will beginn soon, right? So I thought it would be a good idea for a gift.<< the man on the throne told them. >>Thank you, my lord for this great present. It always will be honoured, I promise.<< the mayor said and deeply bowed before the King. >>So do I.<< the King said and nodded once before the mayor and his guards took their leave after this nerv wrecking day.
With a deep sigh the King leaned back in his throne. >>Is everything alright father?<< the voice made him turn around to the door, where the young Zelda stood and looked with large eyes up to him. Her hands where on her back and probably leaning against the wooden door leading into the long hallway. Sometimes his daughter surprised him, she had something from a Shiekah whenever she snuck up to him like that. >>Zelda, my dear. You're back! How was your day with your friends?<< the King asked smiling at her. >>It was very nice. We played in the fields and explored....Of course Impa watched us.<< the little girl rushed to explain. Another sigh escaped the lips of the King as his daughter reported something like that to him. >>Zelda. I know very well how capable Impa is but nevertheles, you are my daughter if something were to happen to you... I don't know what'll happen. I want you to stay close to the castle!<< the King tried to explain. Zelda rolled her eyes, how many times had she heard that phrase already? >>Now look into my eyes and promise me, that you will stay close to the castle next time you play with your friends.<< the King said sitting upright in his armchair. Zelda walked forward and stood before her father... were there always a bit red in his eyes? She blinked and couldn't bring a word out. Her father raised an eyebrow, awaiting the answer he expected to hear. >>... That would be great. How about I invite the two of them to play here? I always wanted to show them our castle.<< she smiled and tilted her head. >>I don't know about that...<< the King answered hesitant. >>Please father. I promise we will be playing in the garden after that.<< Zelda said and her smile faded. Again the King sighed >>Alright. You can invite them to visit the castle.<< >>Tomorrow.<< the Princess said happily and stormed of before her father could answer.
