Jacob
The trees were swaying violently as the storm was ranging. The howls were becoming clearer and clearer as the minutes passed by. I knew just then that there wasn't much time left.
Seth was doing a CPR to keep her alive while the dark haired man was doing his best to keep her pulse normal. Leah was no where in sight.
It was for the best, I thought, they must have gone a little far away from the forest by now.
The howling sounded very near, like a mile or so away. We didn't have much time.
Seth turned to me "I'm going to stand on guard. They're close by, I can sense them"
I nodded as I noticed her lips parting slightly.
"Jake" She barely whispered that I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't have super natural hearing.
I looked into her brown eyes, that were once filled with stubbornness and beauty, now filled with pain and horror.
"I'm right her Bella. Please stay." I begged her. I got no reply. Her eyes were drooping as she began to drift away.
She shouldn't die like this, not like this. I thought. She didn't ask for this.
"We don't have much time" The dark haired man said impatiently. "You have to choose Jacob. Your decision will impact on whether she will live or not"
She'll hate me, no. I corrected myself. She'll loathe me for this.
"No she won't" He answered my thought. "She'll forgive you"
I scoffed at the thought "Of course she will"
Seth glared at me "Jake focus." He warned me.
"Jake" Her voice becoming inaudible, just like her heart beat. Her breathes had reduced, and so had the bleeding from the cut.
The dark haired man turned to me, his eyes filled with sympathy.
He looked at her before tuning to look at me. "Its now or never." He whispered.
"It's a matter of life and death." Seth added quietly.
I moaned quietly. "Just do it."
The dark haired man turned to her and moved over to her, moving the her hair away from her neck.
"I can't watch" Seth moaned quietly as he placed his head against my chest.
Neither can I, I thought as I wrapped my arms around Seth.
An antagonised scream erupted as he placed his mouth onto her neck. The howls becoming louder than ever.
So, that's chapter 1.
