"Your dispersal models don't correlate." Caitlin told Cisco. "Uh, they do if you factor in the seasonal fluctuations in reproduction cycles." Cisco argued. "What exactly are we debating?" I asked walking next to them with Dr. Wells. "The average number of bugs you and Barry swallow in a day of running." Cisco told him. I looked at them weirded out by the matter. "look forward to seeing you accept your nobel." Dr. Wells said. I chuckled and they shot glears at me. "what" I said in defense. "how many bugs do you swallow in a average day of running?" Cisco asked. "who knows oh wait I do but oh well" I said smirking. "hay come back hear and tell us" Cisco yelled. we walked into the main room and we saw Barry on the floor hurt. "Barry? Barry? Are you okay?" I said worriedly running over to him. i Gasped at his condition. Me and Caitlin took him to the medroom. 

"13 fractures. That's a new record, and that's just in your hand. You also have a concussion, three cracked ribs, and a bruised spleen. Even with your powers, you'll need a few hours to heal." Caitlin reported. "What exactly did you hit?" I asked. "A man. A big, bad man. His skin changed when I hit him. Like, it turned to metal." Barry explained. "Interesting. A man of steel." Dr. Wells said fascinated. "So you went after a meta-human alone? Dude, why didn't you call us?" Cisco asked with a little anger in his voice. "I didn't know what he was. Besides, I was off-duty." Barry  told us, "Hmm."Caitlin said seaming a little annoyed at him. "you're lucky he didn't knock out your teeth. Those puppies don't grow back."I said. "The strange thing is I feel like I knew him."Barry stated. "What do you mean?" I asked wanting to know. "He said something that was familiar, but he's gonna hurt someone if we don't stop him. So how do I fight a guy that's made of steel?" Barry asked. "We will find a way." Dr. Wells said. "Tonight, you heal." I said seriously. "Yeah." He replied.

I was walking around star labs when i heard. "Dr. Wells." Joe's voice said. "I guess you heard about Barry's incident last night. If you're looking for him I think he's at the station." Dr. Wells told him. "I actually came here to see you. I need your help solving an old case of mine." Joe asked for his help. "What case is that?" Dr. Wells asked. "The murder of Bethany's and Barry's mother." my eyes grew in shock, confusion and disbelief.

 I Decided to go find Caitlin and Cisco and take my mined off of what i heard. 

"Your childhood nemesis is now an unstoppable meta-human. That is seriously messed up." Cisco said a little shocked. "I had a "childhood nemesis. Lexi La Roche. She used to put gum in my hair." Caitlin thought back to that time and made a disgusted face. "Jake Puckett. If I didn't let him copy my homework he'd give me a swirly." Cisco told us. "Now that we've established that we're all uber-nerds, what are we gonna do about Tony?" I asked. "Glad you asked. We're gonna train you. Karate Kid style. Behold! I call him Girder. For the record, not my idea. Fighting is physics. It's not about strength. It's not about size. It's about energy and power. Channel your speed the right way and you can totally take this bad boy down. Now obviously your Girder is a moving target. So..." Cisco said taking us into a room with a steel robot thing and he moved it about. "I have ice and bandages standing by." Caitlin told us. we speed and punched it as many times as possible and tried to doge it. Barry was hit to the ground while I moved out the way. "I'm pretty sure I just dislocated my shoulder." Barry said screaming in pain.  

"Okay, not gonna lie. This is gonna be quick but extremely painful." Caitlin told him. Barry's Phone rang "Oh, speaking of pain. Eddie," Barry said answering the phone. Great. I'll see you in a sec." he said hanging up. he told Caitlin "Okay. Okay. Let's do this." "So Barry, when you said you were off-duty last night, you weren't visiting Iris again. You know, in disguise? 'Cause that would be reckless and a little creepy." Caitlin asked. "No." Barry obviously lied. "Good." Caitlin replied poping his arm back in place. Barry Screamed in pain. Barry lest seconds later to go to where Eddie was.
