I didn't respond. Calling him now seems like it was a bad idea, but there wasn't much I could do. "I'm not driving until you tell me what happened" he said.

"Looks like we're sitting here all night then"

"Fine, I'll take you back to your house"

"No, please don't"

"Then tell me what fucking happened"

"Start driving then"

So as he drove, I told him everything that happened. He told me I can stay at his house until I figure out what to do. After talking for a few more minutes, we arrive at his house.

"Do you live here alone?" I ask. He nods while unlocking the door. His house is pretty fucking fancy which is odd since he lives alone.

There's a guest room, or you can stay in mine," he says with a smirk, "you can borrow some of my clothes until everything gets sorted out. The bathrooms over there" he says pointing straight to the end of the hall.

"Can I borrow a towel too?" I ask. He walks away for a second and comes back with a towel. I take it and head to his bathroom. Once I get in the bathroom, I lock the door, start the shower and then realize I have a blade in my phone case. So I remove my phone case from my phone and grab the blade, hop in the shower and cut deep enough to feel all the pain I deserve.

I tried to not take too long in the shower but still do all the shower stuff. I got dressed and headed out to Michaels room.

"You look beautiful without makeup too." he said casually

"Shit, I forgot my makeup"

"You don't need makeup, come sit down by me" I make my way towards his bed and sit to the right of him. He's playing Grand Theft Auto.

"Hey, did you eat yet" he asks. I nod my head. I didn't but I'm honestly not hungry
"I'm taking you out to get breakfast tomorrow, just so you know"

"Do I get a say?" I ask

"No" he said

"How'd you get a house like this, if you don't mind me asking?"

"My dick head father left it for me after he shot my mom and got life in prison, go to sleep though, you don't need to worry about it, beautiful."

That's awful, we both have terrible father figures in our life so I guess we can bond over something after all.

He put on Netflix and we both fell asleep while watching The Nightmare Before Christmas. Before I fall asleep I hear him humming along to What's This, him humming to a Disney movie sounds so pure and innocent. I don't know how I got so lucky dude.
