Kaito

I ran down stairs and into the kitchen i looked round the room to see Micah.
"good morning birthday girl" he smiled at me. I smiled back at him. he took my arms and wrapped them round his neck. he pulled me closer by my waist. he lent in and pressed his lips downs on mine. he picked me up and i wrapped my legs around his torso. he walked into the living room and placed me down on the sofa. he stood up and smiled down at me. "why arent you celebrating your birthday?" he asked sweetly. i shook my head. "I havent since..." i whispered. "it doesnt matter." i said in my normal voice this time. i got off the sofa and walked out the living room back to my room. Someone knocked on the door. i stood up and walked to it. "Micah i said..." i replied then realising it wasnt Micah.

"Hi, my name is Kaito" he said smiling. "im your new room mate" he stated. he held out a hand and i shook it. "Nice to meet you Kaito im Lucy, but shouldnt you be in with the boys?" i asked not tryig to souns rude. i opened my door to let him in and shut it behind him. "they were all full so Mr.Padeleki sent me here" he replied calmly. The door knocked again. I opened the door to see Micah. He must of seen Kaito because he was starting to yell at me. "who is he? and why is he in your room?"
"Micah meet Kaito he is my new room mate." i replied now a little scared of Micah being so intimidating. Micah let himself through the door and i closed it behind him. Kaito got off his bed and held out his hand to Micah. "Hi, im Kaito and you must be over protective brother or boyfriend. Right?" he guessed. Micah shook his hand. "boyfriend, i just dont want her to get hurt im sorry." he said now emotionless. Kaito shook his head. "im not the one you should apolagise to you scared Lucy" he said staying calm and collected. Micah turned around gripped my arm lightly and pulled me out the room.

"Look" he said quietly rubbing the back of his neck. "I just... i just really love you and i freaked out when i saw him in your room... im sorry"
He turned on his heels and started to walk away in a quick pace. i ran after him and wrapped my arms around him. He looked over his shoulder and smiled at me. he turned around and hugged me. He kissed my forehead and then lent down to my ear and whispered quietly " i love you." In response i nestle my face in his chest listening to his heart beat.

We released eachother from our grasp and smoothly took eachothers hand and walked back to the room. Micah kissed me good bye leaving me and Kaito alone in the room. " Are you ready for a tour around HQ?" i asked with a bright smile on my face. He nodded with a slight smile. I nodded towards the door and he followed behind me. I showed him to the classrooms and his class rooms the cafatirea and the other necassary places. I then introduced him to some of the people. I ran down to the kitchen with him to find Lydia first. "Hey biscuit" i said to Lydia cheerfully. "hey Nugget" she replied. "Happy Birthday by the way!" she exclaimed. A loud beeping noise came from the oven. "what are you cooking?" i asked. she got a towl and started whipping the oven which had just lit up in flames. "cake for your birthday" she relplied and started coughing. Kaito ran up to her. "Let me help" he said sweetly. how is he so calm? he grabbed the fire blanket and placed it over the stove. now the fire had cleared we had to open the window to let the smoke out.
"Thank you" Lydia said hugging Kaito tightly then letting go straight away. "no problem. we are supose to protect others, right?" he replied. Kaito was a bit taller than me and quite taller than Lydia. he had beautifully toned skin and dark brown eyes and dark brunnette hair. Lydia reached into the oven and pulled out a scortched cake. Lydia wasnt as happy as she was before. "im sorry biscuit. thank you anyway im sure it would have been gorgouse." i said quietly rubbing her arm. she shook her head and looked to her feet. "meet Kaito by the way." i said and she turned to see the tall korean boy that had saved her cake although it looked like coal now. "Hi Kaito im Lydia. its nice to meet you and thanks again" Lydia said before walking upstairs and Kaito ran after her.

a few minuites later Micah pulled me away from the crowd in the kitchen and pulled me outside. "i know its not much but here. happy birthday" Micah said handing over a box. He lifted my chin and kissed me before leaving to go back inside. I unwrapped the box to find a small black box. i opened it slowly. inside was a rose gold necklace with a oval shaped locket on the end. I put it on and walked back to my room. "happy birthday. i never did say it myself" I heard a voice behind me. I turned to see Kaito. "im not a big fan of birthdays I havent celebrated since... since my dad... died" i said my voice full of pain. he came and rubbed my back to calm me down. "im sorry excuse me i have to go talk to Micah." i whispered and skuttled out of the room in a hurry. I bumped into Dylan on the way to talk to Micah. "Happy Birthday" he said pulling me into a hug. "Thank you" i replied
"hey where did you get that locket from?"
"Micah. isnt it beautiful?
"but...but its Harpers"
"Who's Harper"
