"Hurry up, Sam!" Bella was yelling and pounding on the bathroom door. I applied the last touch of makeup and examined myself one last time in the mirror. I had curled my dark brown hair at the ends and applied some black makeup to my eyes, making the blue pop more. My porcelain skin contrasted nicely with my other features.
I was wearing black skinny jeans with spikes on the pockets and a black hood that read 'Sleeping with Sirens' on it with white lettering. I also wore my favorite all black combat boots. Ah, I love dark clothing. Oh, and my nails are also painted black.
I opened the door and headed to downstairs and to the car as Bella followed in rhythm behind me. "Who's all going?" I asked as we got in and buckled up.
She hesitated a bit before starting the car and turning on the radio. "What channel do you want?" She asked.
I threw my head back against the chair and let out a loud moan. "Bella, I know you by now. I know you only change the subject when you don't want to tell me something. I'm going to ask again. Who is coming?"
She sighed in defeat. She knows damn right that I will find out one way or another. "Emma, Taylor-"
I threw back my head, moaning louder, overly irritated at this point. I kept slamming my head back on the chair. "Why! Why do you even hangout with them? All they are is snotty, preppy, bitchy girls."
She let out a sigh. She knows the reason, I know the reason, but it still irritates the hell out of me. "I-" she began before I abruptly interrupted her.
"I know, I know. I just can't believe you're doing this over some stupid guy. You shouldn't need someone else help to get a guy if he truly likes you-"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. I've heard this before. Just try to act like you like them-" I cut her off with a 'yeah-that's-never-going-to-happen' look. "Okay, just be decent enough."
I moaned and rolled my eyes. She parked the car and we got out and went inside the mall where they were waiting. God, even the sight of them makes me want to spin kick them in the face.
"Bella! I've missed you so much!" Emma said, who is like the leader of her little "group", squealed. Her voice just makes me want to vomit. She's one of those people who are mean to everyone but her little 'clique' and she is somewhat decent to their friends. I can't emphasize somewhat enough. How cliche is this, right?
She turned to look at me, her face twisted into disgust for a second until she covered it with a fake smile. "And Sam!" She hesitated for a bit just standing there and awkwardly smiling. "Don't you just look extra Gothic today, maybe I can help you with finding actual colors."
Oh, how I wish I can melt off the colors on her pretty little face. I didn't promise Bella I would be nice, but I will for her sake. "Oh, that would just be lovely. But, by the end of the day I don't want to look like a barbie." I said with a fake smile and laugh which she returned the same thing.
We all just stood there awkwardly after that. "So . . ." Bella's voice spoke up. "How about we go to some stores?"
"Great idea, Bells!" Emma said while looping her arm around Bella's.
Oh yeah, such a good idea. Not like you come to the mall to do that anyways. I thought to myself. And really, Bells? She just replaced the A with a S. Holy shit, how creative! I rolled my eyes and let out a puff of air and slowly followed behind them as they chattered away.
All they talk about is boys, celebrities, and the latest fashion. IT'S. ALL. THEY. TALK. ABOUT. I wish I was in the car right now so I could slam my head back against the seat. They went to a bunch of girly stores, which I usually just waited outside for them. But when we past Hot Topic I stopped in my tracks.
