I clambered up the stairs, my feet thudding out of my moms reach. I ran to my room, grabbing my pre-packed bag, time to leave this hell hole. I had already booked my ticket to Ireland, not wasting any free time I had jumped out my window. Landing on the blow up castle I had for my birthday, today. My birthday was horrible, I got money from my friends and a new phone that my dad had kept for me before he passed. But my mom, she didn't care that it was my birthday, she got the castle for my brother who's a spoilt little kid, a mommy's boy. Mom had send all my friends home, she was planning on taking the money that I got from me. I had $3,000 in the bank, from my job and my birthday. My friends new what I was doing, they were proud of me, they new what I was going through even if they hadn't experienced it.

I jumped off castle, army rolling on the ground before getting up and running over to the taxi that had just arrived. Mom came running out from the house, I kissed my middle finger before flipping it at mom and driving off, her screaming after me like a crazed lunatic.
"Where to miss?" The cab driver asked.
"The airport please." I sighed, looking back to my house in the distance, knowing I'll never get any of my things in my room back. I pulled out my phone, turned on the data, and went on to YouTube watching Jacksepticeye, knowing that he would lighten up my spirits.

"That'll be $30 dollars please." The cabby demanded.
I grabbed my card and paid it before running up to my platform number that was just being called. I tossed my huge bag on the scanner before grabbing it and putting it in the luggage hold. I carried my second bag with, holding my makeup, charger, laptop and books. I sat down on the seat in the plane. Sighing and trying to get comfy before falling into a deep slumber.

"Miss, it's time to get up we're landing."
"Huh?" I replied half asleep.
"We're landing." She smiled, not that mad.
"Oh-okay, thank you." I smiled before grabbing my bag and buckling my seatbelt. I looked out the window. It was raining. I sighed looking at the green lands, knowing this will be my home until my mom finds me out.

I got to the airport dock, and transferred my money into euros, having now got $3,000 euros. I stood outside the airport waiting for a taxi to stop, the rain drizzling down the umbrella as I shut it. The cabby was a girl this time.
"Hi,"she started seeming friendly. "Where do you wanna go?"
"The heart of Dublin please, the biggest building." I simpered. (Ik that's not where he lives but it's a fanfic)
"Okay cool, sooo, are you new here?"
"Yeah I just moved from (hm/t)."
"Oh cool, I've grown up in Ireland my whole life, it's a really nice place, I hope you like it."
"Yeah, I do too..."
The rest of the drive to my apartment was silent, I was just waiting for the big building to show up, I couldn't wait to get into my apartment. When my dad died I got a little suitcase full of things, there had been a box in it with my name and it told me not to open until my birthday, it was an iPhone 6s. And in the little bag in the suitcase was money which led me to buy a small apartment in a big ass building.
"Is this the building?" Sarah asked, which was her name.
"Yeah, and thanks for driving me."
"You're welcome, and here's my number if you need a friend to show you around," she said passing me a slip of paper." And you don't have to pay, ill pay because your new."
"Thank you sooo much," I said a smile engraved on my face.
"You're welcome, see you around," she waved bye before driving out of sight.
I tilted my head up looking at the building, it was actually smaller than. I though, with maybe 5 stories. I sighed before opening the door and trying to find my apartment.

I unlocked the door before pushing it open it was fully furnished with one bedroom a bathroom, a cute little kitchen and a little lounge. I didn't realise apartments could be so cute. I sat down on my bed, it was a double, knowing that I was going to be moving around a lot.

I settled down in my bed before hearing a lot of shouting and cursing next door.
"HEY CAN YOU SHUT UP," I shouted, stress and frustration overwhelming me.
"SORRY," the neighbour shouted back.
The voice sounded familiar but I was way too tired to think about it, my eyes dropped shut before the world went black.

Rambling warning:
