Worked too hard

Scott's POV:

I groaned and stumbled into the house, "I'm home!" I called out. (Y/n) came running through the hallways and jumped on me. "Welcome home babe! I missed you sooooo much!" she said. I kissed her,"I missed you too! But I have to do some work now, so if you need me, I'm just in the study room." She sighed, "I know, you havea lot of work to do, but we never really spend time together anymore!" she said, looking down at her feet. I lifted her chin up, "I'm so sorry, but I have to go work now." I said and kissed her forehead. 

(Y/n) POV:

I sighed, and walked up to the bedroom, I never get to spend time with Scott anymore... He is always so busy with either paper work, Pentatonix attending interviews, going to tours... I just wish that we could spend more time together. I sat down on the bed and curled up into a ball, I just miss him so much, we never even have dinner together anymore! I don't know what to do... I don't even think he even knows that we haven't been spending any time together.

Scott's POV:

Sigh... (Y/n) looked so upset and disappointed  just now... I just hoped I didn't have so much to do... We never spend anytime together anymore. Wait! I think I have an idea, but I don't know if Esther is going to like it...

<A FEW MOMENTS LATER>

"So... you want the whole of Pentatonix to have the whole week off?" Esther asked through the phone. "Yup!" I said. She sighed, "Fine... But only for this week, we have lot of work to do!" "YAS! Thank you Esther! You don't know how much this means to me!!!" I said excitedly. "No problem, I got to tell the others now. See ya next week! Bye!" She said. "Bye!" I replied.

<THE NEXT DAY>

(Y/n) POV:

I woke up expecting Scott to have already left for work, but when I looked beside me, he was still sleeping. I quickly woke him up, "Wake up Scott! You're late for work!" I yelled. "Huh!? What?" He suddenly sat up in bed confused. "It's 8:30! You're late fore work!" I said. "Oh, I don't have work today." He said rubbing his eyes. "What? It's Monday!" I said, confused. "I told Esther to give PTX a week off, so I don't need to work the whole week." He explain. "Why? I thought you guys needed to go on tour like next month!" He shook his head, "I have noticed that I haven't been spending enough time with you, so I called Esther and she agreed to give PTX the week off." Scott explained. "Oh? So you finally realize we never spend time together anymore?" I giggled. He rolled his eyes, "hey, I've been really busy ok?" He said in mock anger.

I got up and was about to make breakfast when Scott stopped me, "Waaaait!" He exclaimed. "Whaaaat?" I copied his tone of voice. "Where are my morning cuddles?" He asked. I laughed, "Well, I never knew that even existed!"  "It is now!" He announced. "OOOOOK!" I said, and jumped into his arms. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer, I lay down on his chest and kissed his cheek.

<A FEW MOMENTS LATER>

"I will make us breakfast now, you can stay here or, make yourself helpful by helping me." I said. "You always make breakfast, its my turn!" He said. "Nope! I'm making breakfast, and you can't make me change my mind!" I giggled and jumped off the bed.

 Scott's POV:

"Hey! Get back over here!" I called after her and began chasing her. This is going to be a fun week!

Sorry this is another short story, but I have been super busy making gifts for DaDarkshadow and SammiHung0. Because IT'S THEIR BIRTHDAYYYYY! So I haven't been updating, but the next story will be longer. Hope you liked this story!
