Meeting The Bros

The door opened to show a tall male with flawless white hair and a red scarf around his neck, standing in front of the door and was outlined by the light behind him.

"Hey, bro."

"SANS, WHY ARE YOU HERE SO L-" He glances over at me and his eyes sparkle. "*gasp*IS THAT A HUMAN?!"

"Uh huh," Sans nodded. "You mind watchin' her for me?"

"NOT AT ALL! THE HUMAN IS WELCOME AT ANY TIME! COME IN BEFORE YOU BOTH FREEZE TO DEATH!"

Sans replies, "Yeah, we'd be really chilled to the bone."

Papyrus looks at him in a irritated expression, but then sighs and steps out of the way. Sans and I walk in, the warmth flourishes around me. Gabby wags her tail in approval. Sans glares over at me as my eyes study everything around me. It seems perfect for Gabby and I to stay here.

Out of the awed silence, Papyrus suddenly interrupts asking, "ARE YOU HAPPY STAYING HERE HUMAN?"

I nod with a comforting grin that sends him a smile upon his face. Papyrus just seems so adorable. Sans grins, too. He must like that we're getting along.

I'm actually kind of glad that Sans was the one to save me from the man. Each time Sans looks at me with his brilliant blue eyes I can't help but feel like my heart will just beat out of my chest. Even his words melt into my head and it just seems so soothing.

Ahem...never mind that. Let me get back to the story heh.

Sans settles his hand on my back, which makes me shiver by his slight touch, saying to me, "You can stay here as long as you want. We don't mind, do we, Papyrus?"

Papyrus answers back, "NOPE! WE DON'T MIND AT ALL! WE'D LOVE FOR YOU TO STAY."

I smile by his cheerfulness and I look at Sans, who seems to have been staring at me the whole time.

"MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME HUMAN!"

I certainly will. Sans and I sit down on the couch and Gabby sits on my lap, still wagging her tail. Papyrus looks at Gabby in a weird way, like as if he's a bit terrified of her.

"I-IS THAT A DOG?!" He points.

Gabby tilts her head and Papyrus takes a step back.

"Oh, yeah. This is Gabby. Don't worry, she won't bite. C'mon, you can pet her." I say.

Papyrus glances at her a few times but then accepts and cautiously moves hand towards her. Once he has his hand close enough, Gabby moves her head into his palm. Papyrus seems to have calmed down and pets her head. I smile at how cute he looks with that grin on his face. I look at Sans. He looks very content and I lay further into the cushion and yawn.

"Alright, Papyrus. Time for bed." Sans says.

"AWWW, BUT I WANT TO PET THE DOGGY MORE~" Papyrus says with pouty lips.

Sans answers, "The dog will be here all day tomorrow. And hopefully the days after that, right?" He then looks to me.

I've nearly closed my eyes, but I suddenly feel awakened when he looks at me and I nod. Both he and Papyrus smile in return.

"Alright, off you go, The Great Papyrus."

"NYEH HEH HEH!" He chuckles as he runs upstairs into a room.

My eyes keep growing heavier and beckon me to sleep. Sans watches as my head lolls and I attempt to keep it up. I try looking around and notice the glimmer in Sans' eyes.

"Um, is there something on me?" He asks with an eyebrow raised.

"Hm? Oh uhm..." I notice that I've been staring at him the whole time and blush as he smiles. "No actually...you have p-pretty eyes. I've never seen eyes quite like yours before."

"Oh? That's magic."

"Magic? But aren't you human?"

"Actually no. I'm a monster who just looks like a human."

"A monster huh? Are there other monsters? And do they all look like humans?" I ask of curiosity.

"No, not all. Just some of us do. You see this?" A heart shape forms in front of him. "This is my soul."

I look in astonishment. "Wow! Can you touch it?"

He answers, "No, I can't but you can."

My eyes widen. "Oh really?" Without thinking, my hands go to touch it. I run my fingers through it and around it. Sans kind of jitters a bit, looking uncomfortable.

"(Y-Y/N)..." Sans said nervously. His face blushing in a blue hue.

I continue running my hand across it because I can't help myself from the curiosity. I don't even notice that Sans keeps moving a little each time I touch it.

"(Y/N), t-that's enough...."

"Hm?" I look up to see him looking at me nervously still blushing that faint blue. I look back and forth from him to his soul, just realizing what I did...

"Oh...OH....." I take my hands off blushing.

Sans gets up and walks fast up the stairs without saying a word. I'm still here regretting what I did...shame on me. I can't believe I did that.
