Oh, oh! Okay! I'm assuming you're talking about how I made my picture of Frisk and their family halftone!
First off, I use MediBang, so I think this will only work for this program.

Click the "Layer - Add / Halftone" or click the weird little pattern speech bubble and you can add patterns from there! It's not usually me adding halftones, though, I just add patterns over it and lower the opacity.
