Heroes of Olympus Alternate Ending (A Percy Jackson fan fic)

PERCY'S POV

"Well, I suppose we can't really kill them, can we?" Zeus said with a tired look about him. This waring stuff was really taking its toll on the King of Olympus, where as my dad was loving it. His eye's shone with pride, I mean, I'm not trying to brag, but it's not everyday that your son and his friends kick Gaia's butt!

Athena decided to voice her opinion after watching Annabeth and I for a while."I vote that we reward everyone with a request, except Barnacle Brain's son of course." Poseidon yelled out at Athena, "He just saved the world and your precious statue! You should be thanking him, not thinking about his relationship with your daughter!"

"Which is adorable by the way." Aphrodite added with a wink, causing me and Annabeth to blush like tomatoes. The seven of us stood in row, with Reyna, Nico and Coach Hedge standing behind us, in the gods throne room on Olympus. They were sitting in the U shape that we've all come to know and love, but it did remind me a fair bit of the cabins at camp, which made me homesick like crazy. I just wanted to crawl into my bunk and sleep, for like, 7 years. "Even if i don't like him, we can't not give him something, he's saved the world twice already. Peter Johnson, what is your request" surprisingly, it was Mr.D who spoke up. "Um, I'm not really sure. All I want right now, is to go back to camp and not worry about anymore quests. I want to be able to sleep without having a nightmare. To only use riptide to train, not in a life or death situation. To be able to go on a date with my girlfriend and not have to use a shield as a dinner plate. So really, I just want all this to be over." Everyone stared at me. Athena in loathing, Jason in awe, Annabeth in happiness and my father in pride. "Very well," Zuess said, "there arent anymore great prophecies, so really that would have happened anyway. Annabeth, what would you like?"

ANNABETH'S POV

Woah. Percy is smarter than I thought. That's exactly what I wanted to say, although the girlfriend comment was a bit stupid, considering my mother was 5 meters away. I stepped forward and bowed to the gods. What do I want? "Honestly? I've got no idea. Percy pretty much voiced what I was thinking," And that was true, but there was one thing...,"But, when I was with Arachne, Daedalus' laptop fell into Tartarus and I lost it. If its possible, I would like to have it back." Percy was smiling at me, I don't know why. "Um, we'll see if we can. You may want up look away." Zeus said as the other gods all stood up from their various seats. We all turned around and felt a searing heat burning our backs. When the light died down, I turned around and their was Daedalus' laptop in the hands of Athena. She smiled at me and said "I thought you might request this." I smiled sheepishly and grabbed the laptop from her outstretched hands. I then took my place back beside Percy. He took my hand and whispered in my ear "I had completely forgotten about the laptop. I'm so glad you remembered it!" I smiled and thought to myself I have the best boyfriend.

JASON'S POV

Hmm, what do I want? What do I want? Damn, I've got no idea. "Hurry up boy! We haven't got all day!" Ares told me with a quick look in Aphrodite's direction. "WHY DID YOU LOOK AT MY WIFE WHEN YOU SAID THAT YOU ( insert choice swear word here)!" I had never seen Hephaestus this mad before. His anger must have built up and built up and was let loose. Like farting.

"SHUT UP HEPHAESTUS! YOU UGLY MORON! Nobody likes you go away!"

"Ares! That is my husband you are talking about! How dare you?! Hephy, are you okay?"

Suddenly, Zeus bellowed so loudly, the room shook. "EVERYONE! SHUT UP! MY SON IS ABOUT TO SPEAK! Now, Jason, what is your request?" I just stared at him. I still didn't know what I wanted but an idea was brewing in the back of my brain. "Um, actually, I kind of have a request. It may seem a little unorthodox, but, because of the separation between Greeks and Romans, a lot of demigods died. More than in the Titan War, and I was thinking, if the camps were maybe closer together, that rift might close. We could learn from each other, and, hopefully, use one camp for training, and the other for living..." I looked towards Piper, and her eyes looked kinda wet. At first, I had no idea why, but realised that she must know that I did this for us. "Jace, that is..." her voice broke and I said "I love you, Piper." "I love you too Jason." she said and I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. "Ahem, I believe that that is not a bad suggestion, but we must take a vote," Zeus spoke to the gods when he said this, "Who is in favor of agreeing to the boys idea?" Surprisingly, all hands went up, except for Ares. "Can you imagine my kids fighting with Mars' kids? All hell would break loose." Ares said, and, to tell you the truth, I had to agree with him, but that wasn't really important. Zues looked at me and said "Looks like Camp Half Blood and Camp Jupiter are now one." I can't believe I just changed history! Not that I haven't done it before, but this is pretty huge.
