Prologue

     It was exactly 8:00 am when a red alarm clock began making annoying 'beeping' sounds, trying to wake up the sleeping beauty laid on a white bed with a white fluffy blanket on top of her whole body, leaving her head popping out of it,

     'Natsu,'

     Still not waking up, the door of her room creaked open, revealing salmon-pink hair that belongs to a certain dork who always interrupts the kissing scenes of the blonde and a special someone,

     'L-lucy!'

     The blonde shifted in her place, wearing an annoyed look as her legs stretched out, searching for a comfortably place making the pinkette smirk. As he was about to shout at the blonde's ear, an idea popped into his head, the smirk growing larger. He aligned his hands on top of each side of the blonde's waist, waiting for the right time to attack,

     'Natsu... I'

     The blonde shot her eyes open as she felt tickles being attacked on her waist, making her body automatically react by sitting up and laugh like there's no more tomorrow,

     "Haha! Natsu stop!" She laughed as she tried her best to block her friend's hands from getting on her ticklish spots,

     'Lucy, hang in there, I'll bring you somewhere safe, I---'

     "I don't wanna," he sang as he kept tickling the blonde, tackling her onto the bed,

     'Natsu, don't...'

     After tickling, the blonde ended up under the body of Natsu who had locked the blonde's legs in between his while his arms blocking the blonde from escaping,

     'Lucy please...'

     Both stared into each other's eyes, her lips are so pink the pinkette thought, damn, I'm melting from his gaze the blonde thought,

     'Natsu?'

     "Hey, uh, wanna grab a bite, Luce?" Natsu awkwardly pointed the door behind him as he smiled sheepishly, trying to control his blush and trying to survive he awkwardness of the atmosphere,

     'Yeah?'

     Lucy, nicknamed as Luce by Natsu, nodded awkwardly, pink visible on her soft pale cheeks,

     'C-can you promise...'

     "Uhm, Natsu?" Lucy ask, getting the attention of the pinkette who is lost in his thoughts thinking if Lucy's lips are soft as marshmallows,

     'P-promise w-what?'

     "Yeah?"

     "Can you get up?"

     "Oh uh, sure," still feeling awkward, he stumbled on his feet as he successfully stood beside and helped Lucy stand up,

     'Promise me...'

     "Let's go?" Lucy asked as Natsu held his hand out which Lucy accepted it gratefully,

     The pinkette opened the door of the house and a bright light welcomed both to a new morning as they walked to a café, hand in hand laughing,

     'Promise me to remember me until our afterlife...'

And that sucks,
I suck at narrating,
