You sat on the floor in your own little wing cocoon as you read Alice in wonderland again. You could hear the Winchester boys arguing about something but you didn't care. You were deep in wonderland. Little did you know, the Winchesters were arguing about how to prank you. They decided on putting spoons all over your wings. Dean got as many spoons as he could find and returned with a big grin. As soon as they placed the first spoon, your wings sprung open and hit them both square in the face. You sat there with a book in your face, utterly confused. Spoons surrounded you, as Dean had dropped them when your wing socked him in the face.

"What exactly were you trying to accomplish...?" You asked. The boys got up, rubbing their noses.
"It's called a prank." Dean said, picking up a spoon and placing it on your nose. You went cross-eyed looking at it and the boys couldn't help but laugh. You continued reading and and the boys left after the awkward silence set in. It was the afternoon so Dean left to go get food and Sam kept researching.

After a while, Sam got bored, shocking I know. He looked over at you and realized you were restarting Alice in Wonderland again. He went and sat down next to you.
"Did you know that the 'Drink Me' potion tasted like custard, pineapple and cherry-tart." Sam said. You looked at him, eyes gleaming.
"Really?" You said, "do you know any more facts?" You were now quite interested in what Sam had to say.
"Well, there's a syndrome called 'Alice in Wonderland' syndrome." He said, "and the discomfort Alice feels at never being he right size symbolizes the changes that happen during puberty."

By the time Dean got back with food, you and Sam were talking about Harry Potter. Sam had handed you the first book, trying to explain it.
"Soups on!" Dean said, plopping the fast food down on the table. Sam got up and was about to help you up but then remembered you didn't need to eat.

You started reading Harry Potter and were utterly blown away. It was a whole new world for you. All you had known in books was nonsense and creepy cats. Now you were in the world of wizardry and witchcraft. You read all day and all night. The Winchesters left and solved a case then came back and you were finishing the last book.

"Wow," Sam said, "you like those, huh?" You nodded, smiling. Sam got you started on another book series, Percy Jackson, and you finished it all in one and a half days. Next was Fablehaven then a bunch of random books by Holly Black. You were in heaven, metaphorically speaking. Dean even reccomended you some books, The Hunger Games, Divergent and The Maze Runner. Castiel visited time to time to give updates on what he found, which was never much. He was slightly unsettled, because you were beginning to remind him of Metatron.

Then one glorious day, Dean bought you bags filled with graphic novels and manga. From Classic Superman all the way to Fullmetal Alchemist. The floor was practically made of all different sorts of books. You were content where you were. You had no desire to move. They boys has grown quite attached to you as well. You were like their own little fluffy teddy bear that never moved but would strike up a conversation with you about any book. And if they played their cards right, you'd let them lay on your wings while they researched monsters. Your wings were heavenly cushions.

Then one night, as you started reading the Death Note manga series, Castiel appeared.
"(Y/N)," he said, "I've found out what happened to you."
