I feel my dark complexion turn to a deep red as he placed his hand on my hip. I hear Taoni and Aamenah choke on their Gulab Jamun's and I instantly push him away.

"Oh, he was talking about the Natural Science assignment and how he wanted us to be partners", I lie.
