Its been just over a year since I've been able to see Jack. We talk regularly but its not the same.. I had to go back to the helios station because of a malfuntion in the roughter. I fianally got the place in the best condition it's ever been in. Now thats its working and sustaining it's self I can finally go home. I can go back to Jack.

I set in the cordanits on the now working teleporter and pray that it doesn't cause any harm to me and I comfirm the request. I hold my breath as I deconstruct and reconstruck at the hyperion building on Pandora. I smile softly and look around glad that it actually worked.

Man being away from people for so long felt great, but to see Jack again, that would be amazing. I walk into the building everyone stopping and staring at me. I have no idea why? Maybe because I never cross through the first floor of the building.. wait..

What if I'm as well know as Jack now? Thats definately very likely, they all are looking at me surprised some are smiling way too wide. I make it into the elevator taking out my key inserting it and twisting. It instantly takes me to Jack office I put my key back in my pocket.

I sigh lovingly as I press my hands to the big yellow doors once again. Oh how much I've missed this, I can barely keep my composure. I push them open, they open too slow for my liking but I turn and close then the same turning to the man in the room.

His head is on the desk and hes dozing off, sleeping during work... I wont scold him any way, I just got home and I'm too happy to get on him about it. I shake his shoulder and he russles awake "I'm up I'm up!" He looks around his eyes landing on me and going wide.

I laugh softly "miss me?" He smiles and bolts out of his chair picking me up around my waist hugging me and spinning me. "Baby! Of course I missed you! Theres no way in hell your ever leaving me for that long again!" I smile and kiss the top of his head and he lets me down softly. "No snarky remark? No protest? No calling me a baby and saying I'm fine? Are you sick?"

I sigh "I'm not sick, I just.. never thought I'd miss your face so much, notice how much it's changed since I was gone..." I run my thumbs over his cheeks. He has more stress lines, bags, hes been in hell without me...

"You don't look all the same either rhysie! I mean come on you look like a twig now!" He runs his fingers through my hair now noticing that its not slicked back like normal.. its in a ponytail. He takes out the ponytail and my hair falls past my shoulders.

It's all the way down to the middle of my back, I normaly get a hair cut every month because of how fast it grows but I wasn't able. "What! Haha! You look like a girl!" I kick his leg hard. "At least I'd make a pretty girl" he laughed accepting that. "Seriously, how did your hair get this long?" He runs his fingers through it and I hum liking the feeling. "I never paided it any attention while working I guess" his fingers reach a knot in my hair and I gasp grabbing his hand "ow! Be careful it's sensitive!" He shakes his head.

"Shower now, then I'm going to schedule a appointment at the salon for tomorrow" I get confused as to why not now "why tomorrow??" He smiles giving me a kiss on the cheek. "I want to play with it" I laugh accpeting that as a reasonable explanation.
