Hello. My name is Alicia. Not Alicia Keys (geez I wish I was her LOL 😂). Alicia Spade Ross De Vera. Isa akong transferee sa Ateneo De Manila University. After passing the ACET, I was very privileged to have enough financial support from my dad. Galing kasi ako sa San Fran, where I took up middle school upto senior high. I pretty much wanted to finish my studies there kaso nga lang mas kaya ng dad ko ang tuition rate ng universities dito sa Manila kaya, here I am. Hahahahahaha.

I have 3 sisters, magkakasunod kaming year pinanganak and I'm the 2nd from the youngest. My two older sisters were finishing their college sa California State Academy, while our youngest will graduate her senior high in the same academy and hopefully take up college in Ateneo. Unfortunately, we don't have a mom anymore. She passed away after giving birth sa pinakabata naming kapatid na si Clover. While of course, I will never forget my dad. Nasa abroad ang dad ko, isa siyang coach and trainor ng Marine and Airforce ng state.

You might be wondering about how unusual my name is, but to tell you honestly it's quite cheesy. Kaming apat na magkakapatid kasi ang tinatawag na most precious gift ni God kay mom and dad. Our names our based on how our mom and dad first met. They met in a party back in their high school years, they were dared to play a card game of one-on-one. Whoever is the loser shall take the winner to go shopping, eat, movies, and arcade. Regardless of the gender. Pero thay night they were the ones who were paired. Gusto magpatalo ni dad kaso gusto niya na talaga makadate si mom back then. Pero mom is too smart, she outnumbered dad's points and won. Staring at dad's cards, mom smiled because dad got flood set, which means dad got all four cards. Spades, Clovers, Hearts, and Diamonds. So that is basically how we got the names of Keira Diamond, Quin Heart, Alicia Spade, and Jessie Clover.

It was my first day today (well, like how typical teen love stories start😂). I want to drive my way to school sana pero natandaan ko na hindi ko pala alam ang daan kaya nagpadrive na lang ako sa driver ni dad.

It was a very long drive. Though the university is just like 40 minutes away, it feels like a lifetime. I turned on my phone, plugged in the earpods, opened my playlist and maxed the volume.
