Quan - That's my baby girl. (Goes in to hug Ali) Hold on why you got this robe on?

Ali - Oh nothing.

Ali - Nothing.

He eventually grabs hold of the robe and pulls it off just to see underneath.
It reveals the blue lingerie I picked out earlier.

Quan - What is this for?

Quan - Me?

Ali - Yes baby all this is yours. (Iguided his hand to my breast all the way to my thigh).

He began to attack me with his hands, lust, and lips. I finally i got what I wanted.

I take the night mask off my eyes and realize I'm by myself again.

Ali - Ughhhhh!

Priscilla (knocks on my door) - Are you okay?

Ali - Yea I'm good! Where is Demetrius?

Priscilla - I'm not sure but I will check by his room.

Ali - Okay.

2 minutes later

Priscilla - Mrs. Harrison he's not here!

Ali - What?! Priscilla watch over the house and I'll be back.

I called Quan several times and left 20 messages still no answer. Where are you Dj?

5 mins later
I'm 20 minutes away from the house and still no sight of him. My stomach is aching every 2 minutes. I came across a neighborhood and there back by a dead end was Demetrius. He had his head down crying in his folded arms.

Ali - Demetrius?

Demetrius - Mom?

Ali - What are you doing out here?

Demetrius - This is gon be my new home.

Ali - New home?!

Demetrius - Yea, you and dad obviously don't want me!

Ali - We both love and want you.

Demetrius - Lies, if he wanted he would've never stopped trying and would've try to see me. And you to busy about the new baby with Quan!

Ali - I love you. I'm sorry baby if I haven't given you the attention you needed but I want you here. Who's gonna be the big brother to Emanuel when he's born. You are! The strong one of this family. I promise I won't forget about you when he is born. You'll always be mama's boy. I just need you to come home now, okay?

Demetrius - Yea (he hugs me).

We drive home and we see Quan's car parked. And we go in the house.

Quan - Boy don't think you gonna run away again since your momma got you this time!

Ali - Quan, stop talking to him like that!

Demetrius - No mom let him! I sick and tired of his bullshit towards me!

Quan - Boy what you say?

Demetrius - You Fcking heard me!

Quan - Hell nah!

As I'm grabbing Quan away from my son my water breaks and I scream.

Quan - Demetrius go get the keys!

Quan carries me to the car and we drive to the hospital.

And my 2nd son! We named him Emanuel Terrance Johnson. We used my last named so my dad can be happy. He wanted another generation of Johnsons.

6 months has passed by
Quan is back to his ways but this time there is nothing between us now. He doesn't even look at me or touch me. We haven't had sex since. He is always home in the morning but at night he is never here. I have been going back to work. But department gave me a reg. Schedule because I'm still fragile. It's a 9 to 5. I'm not tripping at long as I do what I love. Crack cases.

But for some odd reason Demetrius doesn't act bad at school but at home it's ridiculous. Usually it was the other way around. Its been hard to control his and Quan's attitudes towards each other. And it's killing me.

But the past week Demetrius has stayed to himself and his homeboys who come to hang out in his room.

I'm on my break now and it's 2:00. Quan is at work now. Demetrius is home from school now. So I decided to visit him instead going to usual fast food restaurant with fellow detectives.

Ali - Dj!

Demetrius - Mom, What you doing home early?

Ali - I'm on break. But how come Marquis ain't here?

Demetrius - They had practice today.

Ali - Why aren't you at practice ?

Demetrius - I told you mom, it's basketball season now. They don't mess with basketball so they are at off season football. We got practice coming up this Tuesday.

Ali - Oh yea! My lil hooper!

Demetrius - Yea, but mom can I talk to you about something.

Ali - Yea sure.

Demetrius - Well you promise you won't do something crazy?

Ali - Yes.

Demetrius - Well last Wednesday, Derrick and Marquis were working on my mixtape and we had the music blasting. But when we stopped it we heard sexual noises.

Ali - What that's supposed to mean?

Demetrius - Momma, Quan is cheating on you!
