BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Kojou's alarm went off at 05:00am for his early morning exercise, hearing his alarm he reaches his hand out and turns it off. Kojou yawns whilst stretching and begins his daily routine before heading out. He goes out wearing a white with a few black stripes tracksuit and his cool dragon tooth necklace shining as the sun reflects off it. It was a very peaceful and quiet morning, the sun just rising in the horizon and the gentle breeze, only the sound of the trees rustling their peridot leaves and the birds singing merrily. It was the perfect example for a great day to have a run, so Kojou decides to experience this to the fullest. Kojou does a few light stretches before starting his daily jog, while he's out he goes to explore new parts of the woods and campus.

Seeing as he's been running for an hour, Kojou stops at a vending machine and has a drink while sitting for a 10 minute break. After throwing away his can, Kojou heads back to the bench and decides to do some spiritual and mental training by meditating. With a small, calm smile gracing his lips, his eyes closed and relaxed, the wind lightly brushing his hair and the risen part of the sun illuminating him making Kojou's features far more attractive, if one of the girls were to see him they might just die on the spot with hearts in their eyes, blood pouring from their noses. Then, as if on call,
"Akatsuki-Sensei!?" a female voice suddenly said making Kojou open his eyes and turn around seeing familiar orange pigtails and sapphire eyes. She was wearing just a pair of jeans and a plain top, with what looked like a...chupacabra on it? Kojou sweat dropped, 'why would anyone wear a top with a chupacabra, a...freaking...chupacabra?!'
"Oh...good morning, uh...Kagurazaka Asuna-San," Kojou greeted though it sounded more like a question, he hadn't quite learnt the register yet since he's just arrived, inwardly hoping he got the name right.
"Yeah, that's me!" she said happy that he remembered her name out of 31 students, she came over and joined Kojou on the bench who just sighed in relief at getting the name right.
' He remembered my name!' Asuna exclaimed in her head growing a blush on her face, 'wait why am I blushing? Why am I so happy that he remembered my name? Ahhhh, I'm so confused, Asuna calm down girl, calm down...Don't tell me I'm getting sick,' Asuna held her head, scratching and swinging it around, all this thinking was starting to get to her. Suddenly, her savior brought her out of her thoughts.
   "Kagurazaka-San?"
"Yes?"
"Are you alright? you look like someone who's thinking too hard about something and their brains getting fried from all the thoughts," Kojou asked with a worried look, which looked cute to Asuna, she then shook her head trying to get rid of these thoughts and the blush that was threatening to show. So she tried to change the subject,
"Oh, I-I'm f-fine,"
"Really? That's good to hear!" Kojou said merrily, happy that his student wasn't feeling sick on his first day. Though, he was wondering what was going through her head to make her act like that.
"Sensei, What are you doing up this early?"
"Oh, morning practice, I always wake up at 5 and do a run around town or should I say campus," Kojou explained while Asuna looked at him shocked. Somebody actually woke up earlier than her and does laps around this humongous campus.
"You wake up at 5 every morning!?"
"Yeah, " he said as though that was perfectly normal for that to happen.
"Sensei, can I ask you a question?"
"Sure, fire away,"
"Sensei, how and why did you become a teacher?" She wanted to make sure that it wasn't another case like Negi's.
'Oh, crap, how am I going to answer this without mentioning the secret mission there's a reason it's called a 'secret mission','Kojou thought.
"Well, I graduated early and the Dean was a friend of one of my teachers so I guess that's why I'm at this school teaching," Kojou hoped that this was a good enough cover, he didn't want to lie but in a way most of it was true.
"I see," she sighed, relieved that it wasn't another Negi case, she's got more than enough to deal with already.
"What about you, Kagurazaka-San?"
     "Eh?"
"It won't be very fair if I told you about myself and not know anything about you, plus, I want to get to know my students better,"
"I see...okay," Asuna grinned. "Let's see...I'm an orphan, the Dean brought me here and pays for all of my fees and I guess he would be like my family..." she continued talking about herself for a few minutes and Kojou mentally noted that while she spoke, Asuna thought very highly about Takahata, perhaps she had a crush on him, he inwardly chuckled at how transparent she is. She finally finishes when Kojou asks her a another question.
"...By the way what are you doing up so early, Kagurazaka-San?" Kojou wondered why one of his students would be up at 6 in the morning.
"Oh, I'm doing my part-time job, delivering newspapers,"
"I see...wait," Asuna looks at him," doesn't that mean that you're doing you're job now?"
"Yeah...Oh...CRAP... bye Sensei, see you later!" Asuna yelled behind her as she dashed on. Kojou just laughed as he saw his student in the distance, he better get a move on to, so he decides to go the forest hoping that he might see someone, if he was right.
