Hayeon's POV

Hoseok have confessed to Bora yesterday but she just shrugged it off. Actually, from what I witnessed yesterday..Bora likes him too. She just...playing hard to get.
One more.. after the confession, she went to somewhere so I followed her. She met her friends and guess what? She's fangirling like crazy while telling her friends about Hoseok.
I told Hoseok about it, and he came up with an idea.

He wanted Bora to get jealous and make her come to him by herself then confess her true feelings..

But, he needed me to be his fake girlfriend! Wtf!!
The boys scoffed at his idea.

"Yeah yeah yeah, you do that and you might fall in love with Hayeon instead, not Bora. ", said Namjoon. Hoseok shook his head.

"No no no, I'm very sure that I will get Bora..", Hoseok exclaimed. The boys looked at me.

"Are you okay with this Hayeon-ah?", asked Jin. I yawned and showed them a bored face.

"I actually got more important things to do instead of doing this stupid plan but...since Hoseok is my friend, I'll help him..", I said, pressing my lips into a thin line.

"Good to you hyung, you've got a good friend like Hayeon.."

"Yeah, yeah...glad to have you Kim Hayeon-ssi..", Hoseok bowed at me. I smacked his head as I stood up from my seat.

"Anyway, I gotta go now.. call me if something's up. ", I said. The boys waved at me. I took my bag and left the school.

As soon as I got into my car, my driver immediately handed me an envelope. I took it from him.

"What's this?", I asked.

"A woman gave this to me and she asked if you could spend time for her tomorrow. "

I opened the envelope and found a file in it. I took it out and read the content. My eyes widened as I saw my dad's sign on the last page. The woman also included a photo of a big company in the file.

"Sir Kim have signed a contract with this company 2 years ago before the day they got into the accident and the woman told me that the CEO of this company related to your parents' accident."

"What?"

My heart started to beat fast. Who's the CEO?

Next day

I dressed simply and put on a light makeup on my face. After I'm done, I went out from my house and went into the car.

"Let's go. ", I said then we went to the place that I'll be meeting up with the unknown woman. After a few minutes, we finally arrived at the place. Before I walked out, I put on a black cap and a black sunglasses. Then, I went out from my car and entered the restaurant.

I went to the 3rd floor, and found a woman who was sitting at the corner, far away from the others. I went to her.

"Kim Hayeon-ssi?", she said. I removed my sunglasses and nodded. We sat down.

"So, tell me what you know. ", I said as I put a recorder infront of her. She took a deep breath before she started.

"The CEO and your dad are both adopted by the late President Han. The founder of JS corporation. ", said the woman. I nodded so she could continue.

"2 years ago, President Han became so ill and the doctor said it can't be cure anymore. So, he told the CEO that he wanted to organize his property before he died and he told him to call your dad. The CEO knew it already President Han will let your dad take over the company since he have a lot of debts around him. Its not like he didn't get anything, he got 40% and your dad got 60% of President Han's property. So..he planned to kill your parents..that-"

"Okay, enough. I got it. ", I cutted her words. I looked down and tried to breath properly. Suddenly, she held my hand.

"I'm sorry for what had happened to your parents. I'm sorry I couldn't do anything to help them."

I looked up at her and she smiled at me.

"You've been such a strong girl since you were born and it make you shines in everything. "

"Do you know me?"

"I know you very well, I watched you grown up until now. "

I furrowed my eyebrows. Have I met her?

"I've told you everything that I know and after this... I probably, will follow your parents. My life is in his hands. "

I was about to said something but suddenly my driver came.

"Ms Hayeon-ssi, we have to go now. ", he said. The woman tapped my hand.

"You should go now, I'm sure his men are already here to catch me. Hurry up, go now!", she said. I put on my black sunglasses and took the recorder on the table.

"Hayeon-ah..", she called me. I looked at her.

"Just..do not harm my child. ", she said as tears escaped from her eyes. I nodded then I ran away with my driver through the emergency door. As soon as we got to escape from the restaurant, we immediately got into the car. I saw the woman earlier got dragged by two men and being pushed harshly in a van.

"Lets go now. ", I said. Then we left the place.
