*(Y/N)'s POV*

It's been about a week now since I've started living with my grandma. Summer break was over and school had just started back which lead me to get up early in the morning. The routine was normal, it got boring after just a few days. To my surpise, when summer break was over, the wolf had disappeared. Grandma tells me that he's probably off doing whatever a wolf does, though she warns me that during the winter that I should be cautious with him. I'll take her word for it since I'm still not use to him. "(Y/N), you better hurry or you'll be late for school!" "Yes grandma, I know." I sigh as I rush out the door with an apple in my hand. Taking a few bites I get on the bus, taking my rightful seat in the back, where I feel more comfortable at. Hailey and David were waiting for me as they smiled brightly. "(Y/N)! Finally you get on here, we've been waiting for a good five minutes now." "Bullshit, it was only two minutes. Now stop complaining and give me a hug." I chuckled as she almost tackled me to the ground as David shakes his head. "What about me? Don't I get a hug? That's not fair." "Lifes not fair, but come here. I'll give you a hug too if you cheer up man." "Not anymore, you made me mad." "You're such a big baby." I grabbed him by the collar and pull him towards us for a group hug. David pushed himself away and sat down looking annoyed. Hailey lets me go and sits besides David to get him to cheer up. Sitting down I pull out my bluetooth headphones, listening to music. The place became colder as I felt a shiver go down my spine. Looking through the bus window, I saw glowing golden eyes staring at something or someone as the bus headed to school.

'That was odd... I hope I don't have to see it later on. I wonder if anyone else saw them?' I thought as the bus stopped. Everyone became quiet as a new kid stepped on the bus, he had black hair and a small grin. He seemed like a normal guy, besides the hair, but other then that the kid was full of trouble. Looking at my freinds, they shrugged in confusion before talking about some zombie game. Sighing I take out my phone and start to play Final Fantasy 2. I felt my set shift to find the new guy beside me, looking over my shoulder. "Uh, excuse me, but a little personal space here." "Sorry, your game got me distracted. My names Genji! What's yours?" "Its (Y/N)... I'm guessing you're new?" "Yeah! I just moved here about two weeks ago! I was originally in Japan, but my father made me move in with my brother. Me and him don't get along so well..." "I'm sure that you two can sort things out, you got to at least one day." I say to Genji as I go back to play. Genji stayed silent as he watched me, a small smile formed on his face. Time went by as the bell rang to class begin, David was sitting next to me as a man came in. "Good morning everyone, my name is Mr.Caelum and I'll be your teacher. Since it's only the first day, we'll just be introducing each other." Mr.Caelum said as he checked attendants. David nudged me as he pointed to the far end of the room, only to find Genji staring off into space. "Looks like your new 'friend' is here. Hope he doesn't get to comfortable with you, to me he seems like bad news." "Or you're just jealous that I talked to him. You get overprotective when I'm talking with a boy." "Thats a lie, I'm not overprotective... I'm only watching out for you." "Whatever, just stay quiet. Or Mr.Caelum will get angry." I say before looking back at the teacher. David huffed before glaring at Genji who quickly looked at him and smirked.

"Okay, that seems to be everyone... well then, Hanson why not tell the class about yourself?" Mr.Caelum asked as the guy told a few things about his home. This kept going on for about a good thrity minutes as it was now my turn. 'Great... what am I going to say? My mother died when I was younger, my father was an alcoholic that abused me, and that a wolf killed him while giving me a golden bracelet?' I thought. "Um... my life is somewhat quiet, nothing really happens. I listen to music, play video games or read stories during my spare time. I live with my grandmother since the passing of my parnets." "I see... I'm sorry to hear about your parnets." Mr.Caelum said quietly before moving on to the nexted kid. David looked at me in confusion. "What? I didn't know your dad died? How?" "You know how my dad is... abusive and all... I ran away to my grandmothers house. He chased after me and tried to beat me to death, but a wolf came out of nowhere... attacking him as I ran." "I'm sorry to here that (Y/N)..." David hugged me tightly before letting me go and looking me in the eyes. "If you need anything, you can always come to me..." "I know David..." I sigh as I look away from him. The feeling of someone watching me again came back, making me freeze. 'Who's watching me? This is creeping me out...' I thought before the bell rang, pulling me out of my thoughts.

Grabbing me bag I follow David to our next class, in hopes of losing the feeling of being watched. "Hey (Y/N) wait up!" A voiced called from behind us as Genji appeared. "Uh, great-" David stopped talking as I slapped the back of his head. Genji stop as he smiled brightly at me. "What class do you have next? I've got drama class next." "Thats actaully what I have next... that's odd." "Awesome! So you mInd if I joined you." "I guess not." I said as I felt David glare at us both before he coughed. "Anyway, I have to go to math. I'll caught ya later (Y/N)." "See ya David." David left quickly as I respond to him. I shake my head as I look back at Genji. He only smiled before grabbing my hand and dragging me. "Genji! What are you doing! We have to get to class!" "I know, but I want to show you something. It'll be quick, I promise." Genji looked ahead as we neared the exit. This confused me as Genji pushed open the door and across the track to the fence. "Come on (Y/N), we have to hurry or someone will see us." "Where are you taking me? Genji we're not allowed to leave the school grou-" "Yeah yeah, I know, but this is the only way. Come on, you gotta at least trust me." Genji said before climbing the fence easliy and held his hand out for me. Looking back, I shake my head before grabbing Genjis hand. Genji smirk a little as he pulled me up with ease and jumped down.

Falling to the ground below, Genji disappeared, causing me to worry. "Genji? Where are you?" "Come on (Y/N), hurry up and follow me. This is really important!" Genjis voice echoed through the forest as a flash of black caught my attention. I ran after it as Genji chuckles could be heard. "This isn't funny Genji, just wait up on me. You're moving to fast." I received nothing in return only silence. I huffed before going deeper into the forest in hope of finding Genji. A snap of a branch made me jump as I looked around quickly. "Ge-Genji?" I say before someone grabbed my shoulders. "BOO!" "AHH!" I fall to the ground as Genji laughed at me. "Oh my god, that was funny! You should've seen your face!" "Not funny Genji! That really did scare me!" "Sorry sorry, but I couldn't resist doing that." Genji chuckled before grabbing my hand. "Lets go, we're about there anyway." "You going to lead me or run off again?" "Do not worry, I shall lead you. I wouldn't want a wolf to attack you or another animal." Genji said before turning away from me and starts to drag me again. For a moment... I thought I saw a glint of gold shine in his eyes...
