It's been six years since Selena left the U.S. and tragedy that tore apart Nelena. Selena is currently living in Florence, Italy with her beautiful daughter, Nicole Claire Jonas who she named closely for her father, Nick. Selena, 28, is finally living a normal life, retiring from acting/singing and remains single and also keeps in contact with her family.
Selena's POV
~Her house in Italy, 7:45AM
Selena: Nicole! It's time to go to school! Get down here!
Nicole: Coming, mom! *coming down the stairs in her uniform*
Selena: Do you have your stuff ready?
Nicole: Yep! I'm really excited for today!
Selena: *leads her to the car and they both get in and Selena starts driving to Nicole's school* Why is that?
Nicole: Today we're going to be doing a project on our family tree.
Selena: *frowns* Really? Well, that seems really nice.
Nicole: Yea, I'm going to make my tree really pretty! Only thing, I'm missing is.. Dad.
Selena: I know, baby girl. But that's something we can talk about later.
Nicole: Mom, I've been going on with my life without knowing who my dad is. Why won't you tell me?
Selena: Nicole, I told you. This is something we can talk about later. I'm just not comfortable talking about it now. *arrived at her school*
Nicole: You promise?
Selena: I promise, now go on. You're going to be late. *kisses her forehead*
Nicole: Alright, I love you, mom.
Selena: I love you too, Nicole.
*Nicole leaves the car and runs into the school and Selena drives back to her house, thinking about her life and what Nick is doing right now*
Ever since Selena's leaving, Nick tried to move on and he ended up marrying Olivia. They're both 28 and still live in LA. Nick is still very depressed and his marriage to Olivia is like nothing that is being reported in the press. Olivia is very miserable because Nick has become abusive and controls her life and constantly berates her, but she is lucky that he never hits her. His anger has been a long time coming because he still misses Selena and wants her back.
Nick's POV
~At his LA house
Nick: Olivia?! Where are you?
Olivia: I'm coming. *enters the room Nick is in* What is it, Nick?
Nick: Babe, I think we ran out of beer and I would like it if you went out and got more.
Olivia: Nick, maybe you should stop.
Nick: Did I ask you for your opinion? Well, did I?
Olivia: No.
Nick: Good. Now go do what I say, now!
Olivia: *leaves the room*
Nick: I hate you sometimes. *phone rings, checks the caller ID: Selena*
Selena's POV
~At her house, 7 hours later
Selena: I knew this day would come, I just can't believe it's happening now. *calls Nick*
Nick: Selena?
Selena: Hello, Nick.
