In Awake Jin says 'Maybe I, I can never fly' in this he may be saying that he won't be as successful as others in life.

He also says  'I can't fly like the flower petals over there'. The other petals refer to the rest of the members in BTS and this could mean that he won't be as successful as the other members.

When he says he still has wings but can't touch the sky but still wants to struggle through it all it means that although he thinks he is less liked and successful he still wants to stay on this journey and struggle to be successful.

When it says about the happy times asking if he's happy and he says no he's afraid it might mean he's scared of what will happen in the future because right now he isn't in the best of places and happy memories are being compared to the present causing him to reply with no he isn't ok.

"Still I hold the six flowers tightly in my hands" The six flowers represent the other members. He is trying to keep everyone safe and together and still wants to be around them, provoking that motherly image he has. He cares about them all dearly and doesn't want to lose them.

And the next verse from that is "I'm just walking." This means he follows all the members thinking he isn't wanted and seeing where the future will take him

The bit after that when he says: "Wide awake wide awake wide awake Don't cry Wide awake wide awake wide awake No lie" This could mean he stays up at night and is having trouble sleeping because he could have millions of thoughts running through his head and it brings tears to him but can't cry and thinks he has to stay strong and he can't lie to himself.

All together I guess it means that he thinks he will never be as successful as the other members and he thinks he will always stay in the shadows of others and never fly high like they are.

Thank you for reading this, sorry for any mistakes and sorry that it was so short. :)
