Thinking back to grade 8 made me realize how much I miss it, but right now I wish I had been home schooled. Going back for grade 11 was pretty chill, found some of my closest friends and stayed together the whole way through. Now comes the official day of school, in my head I'm thinking, "status, everyone knows everyone, boys walk by every second and look...good or bad." Can't be more complicated then that, So I thought. One week later, over 10 new friends...pause, yes u heard I said 10, not 9 but 10. To add on to that, basketball tryouts...Lord have mercy I was not ready for that, but I had some friends their that I had made during the week. There was Tresh, Caley and Adrianna. They were so nice and easy to talk to, Trish and Caley went to the tryouts and all three of us made the team...yay.

See, now the highlights of being on the team is that people recognize u, they come to the games, mostly because their waiting for the senior game to start, but they still watch so it's cool. The hard part of being on the team is managing time with homework and having games. We always have to make sure none of our homework is left in our lockers, making sure all uniforms and equipment is packed and most important, packing extra food to share on the bus, it's either that or I get mobbed and lose all of my food.
