"Yeah thats right. Perfect Daewoon is just my beautiful disguise, and you fell for it" he smirked, his dark eyes trailing across my body.

"Now its time I get what I want without being Mr nice guy" he hissed and began to unbuckle his jeans.

Just as he began pushing my shirt up we heard a loud knock on the door. I sighed in relief, as Daewoon released my wrists.

"Ask who it is" Daewoon whispered into my ear as he latched onto my hair.

"W-who is it?" I asked, trying to mask my shaky voice.

"....pizza delivery"

It was Jay.

'Jay please leave'

'(y/n) open this door right now'

'I cant....he...wont let me open the door'

"Ma'am can you please open up" Jay knocked once more and Daewoon pushed me forward.

"Open it, and dont say a word" he growled.

I nodded slowly and unlocked the door meeting Jay face to face. He looked down at me in distraught, before barging into my apartment.

"What the fuc---" Daewoon turned to Jay who threw a punch straight to his jaw.

The two of them fought it out, flinging each other across the room when I noticed the security guard rush towards my apartment.

"We had a noise complaint" he said peering into the room.

"Please! That man you need to get him out of here" I cried desperately and the security guard nodded and called for back up.

I hugged my body as the guards pulled Jay and Daewoon apart, and Daewoon was forced out of the apartment. I didnt look at him, I couldnt bare the sight of him right now.

Once Daewoon and the guards were out of the room, I rushed over to Jay who was sitting hunched over my counter.

"Are you okay? Do you needa doctor?" I questioned, seeing his bruised face and bloodied lip. He saved my life, and I couldnt help.

I grabbed an ice pack from my fridge and a first aid kit. I set it up on the counter and wondered how the hell I was going to help him.

"I should call Mrs Park to come and-"

"No" he muttered, and held his jaw, "you do it."

"Jay how the hell am I going to--" I looked at the hourglass which had fallen on the floor earlier on.

This seemed like the perfect time to test it out, and help Jay. We only had an hour, but it was better than nothing.

I set an alarm for 58 minutes, which gave us two minutes to part, and not cause each other unnecessary pain.

Jay looked up at me and nodded as I slowly turned the hourglass over and set it on the counter. Our eyes met as the sand slowly began to fall and I reached for his hand.

I flinched at the contact but instead of feeling that agnosing sting, I felt his warmth. It worked.

I quickly got the first aid kit opened and began cleaning up his face, as Jay continued to stare up at me. His finger  trailed lightly on my thigh as I wiped his cuts and bruises.

"Are you okay?" He murmured as I finished packing away the kit.

"Im fine....thank you" I replied wiping away my swollen eyes.

"Im glad you're okay" he whispered and I felt his warm hand wipe the tears from my eyes. His presence made me feel safe, and even though I was unable to say it I was really grateful for him being around.

"25 minutes" I pressed my lips together as I stared at my phone.

I felt Jay's thumb under my chin as he turned my face to meet his.

"I know...you said to never do this again but I really want to kiss you" he whispered.

I felt my heart flutter, just by the way he looked at me. I wanted it too. I needed to know what it would be like.

I took the opportunity to make the first move and pressed my lips against his, sighing at how natural it felt. No pain, no stupid remark from Jay, just something raw and beautiful.

Jay pushed himself off the seat and wrapped his arm around my waist as the other caressed my cheek. His lips moved slowly in sync with mine, and I could feel his heartbeat getting faster as he deepened the kiss.

My alarm buzzed and I buried my face into his chest as he pressed his lips to my forehead before pulling away.

"Times up" I half smiled as we watched the last grain fall in the hourglass.

"Get some sleep (y/n), i'll see you tomorrow" Jay smiled and walked over to the door.

"Right...see ya" I nodded and closed the door behind him.

'that was the best hour of my life'

I felt my cheeks burn up as his voice rang through my head. I was falling for him. Falling for Jay Park.
