Look at a cloudin the sky, study the cloud for about five minutes, then chant.
"Acient Gods and Godesses, I invoke thee,waters from the sky let it be.
I commaned thee all, to thee now, listen to my desire."
Put your hands in the air and then say.
"Let rain fall."
