u put the hair sample in the middle of the pentagram and sit the glass of red liquid or blood ontop of the hair sample and say this chant as many times u feel needed
"I made a bad mistake for i have chosen the wrong path. i have became a vampire and i wish to no longer be a vampire. for i am no longer damned to hell for i am now a human. let my soul return to me for i am now and forever am i human."
then u will become a human.
