Chapter 1

"Everyone sit down!" Mrs.Hardly yelled to all the students as they didn't listen to her. "Hey you" Celeste said as I was getting to my seat "Hey where were you all day?" I asked I haven't seen her all day we have almost every class together except 3rd and 6th period. "I had an orthodontist appointment to get my retainer changed" she said getting her phone out. "Why would you come back to school just for Hardly's class I'd would of went home instead of hearing her teach" I told her leaning back in my seat. "I know but I missed seeing your pretty face and plus we have an FCCLA meeting after school" she said shrugging "Aw and true" I told her. "This is the last time I'm going to tell you that you need to sit down and be quite!" Mrs.Hardly said again but this time everyone went to their seat and started making annoying noises. "Why did we switch out of her second period!" I groaned as I put my head down on my desk. "Biggest mistake we have ever made" Celeste said. About 25 minutes later of non stop arguing, yelling, and annoying noises the final bell rang and it was time to go home but I still had to stay for the meeting. "Alright guys take a seat we have many things to go over" Mrs. Valleys said as I walked in and started handing out papers "We're going to start fundraising once you all get your packets and as always our product is Yankee candle but this year is even better because we get them before Christmas so its a great opportunity for us to sell a lot of the products" Our head president Hailey said. "There due the week after Thanksgiving so you can sell when all your family goes over for thanksgiving and the best part about it is that if they live in a different state they can still buy since they ship anywhere now " Mrs. Valleys said smiling "Second thing is we need to know who's all going to state so we're going to pass around a paper and write your name if your planning on going." Hailey said giving the paper to Erica for state "when is it?" I asked "Its in April we leave on friday which means that you wouldn't get your day off for good friday and we're also getting back on Easter so if your family is big on that holiday its best you don't go" Valley's announced. "We get back on Easter?!" The members said shocked "Mrs. Valley's you know half of us won't be able to go then" Amy said "I know which is why we need to know how many of you are going so we have an estimate on how much we need to raise for state" she told us. The list finally came to me "are you going?" Celeste asked "I'll have to ask what about you?" I asked her already knowing she was going to mention how her family is really into that holiday "No my family is way to involved with this holiday because of church they'd die if I went" she said. "Alright once you have signed and have your Yankee candle catalog you can go." Hailey said getting her stuff ready to leave also "I'll see you later" I told Celeste as I got up and headed to the door. I stopped by my locker to get my math book and ap history book when I saw that Cade and his brother Eli stopped by his locker that was 3 away from mine. "Hey just tell them something came up and I couldn't come" Eli told Cade "Eli you seriously need to stop fucking around with girls during practice sooner or later coach is going to kick you of the team" Cade said closing his locker and leaving which left me and Eli the only ones in the hallway. I quickly got my ap history book and shut my locker and left right away leaving that awkward tension between me and Eli. I heard him laugh as he was heading the same way as I was. Eli is known for his extremely good looks, amazing football player, student, and amazing in bed, but he also is known for sleeping around and throwing crazy parties with his brother Cade. Cade on the other hand has the same traits as Eli just not sleeping around with girls and breaking their hearts he's more calm but he can be crazy when he wants to but let's just say he makes better decisions than Eli. Also I've heard he is also amazing in bed which seems to run in their family "Hey Eli ditching practice again!" Mathew yelled from the end of the hallway. I almost turned around but all I wanted to do was leave and hurry on home to get ready for cheer practice. Once I got outside in the parking lot I threw my bag and book in the passenger seat of my white 2016 Honda Sonata and started the car heading home. Once I arrived home both of my dads seem to have left already to cheer which meant I had to drive again to practice ugh. I went up to my room and put my back pack on the floor and went over to my dresser to get my spandex and put them on as well as my sports bra that said my cheer team's name on it Smoed.
