"Say something."
"I'm giving up on you."

The silence that hung in the night air was broken by the sound of shoes meeting cobble stone.A young woman ran as fast as she could,(h/l) (h/c) flowing in the wind and (e/c) searching.

"I'll be the one."
"If you want me to."

"Levi!"she yelled as she found who she was looking for.She fell to her knees and held the man she had come to love so deeply.Tears filled her eyes as she looked at her lovers state.

"Anywhere,I would have fallowed you."

He was bleeding from a deep gash in his stomach.
"(Y/n)."his deep voice spoke.She caressed his face.
"I'm here Levi.I'm not going anywhere."

"Say something."
"I'm giving up on you."

He smiled befor coughing up blood.
"Levi!Hold on!"she took off her scarf and wrapped it tightly around him befor tying it.
"That should help with the bleeding."she said cupping his cheek in her hand,caressing it with her thumb.

"And I,am feeling so small."
"It was over my head."
"I know nothing at all."

"I'm sorry Levi.I'm so stupid!I'm should never have left."
Tears fell from her eyes landing on his cheeks.He reached up whipping the tears with his thumb.
"It's not your fault (Y/a).Don't blame yourself."he said.

"And I,will stumble and fall."
"I'm still learning to love."
"Just starting to crawl."

She smiled a small smile.He loved her.She knew that for a fact.He didn't tell her that often,she couldn't blame him though.He was,after all,still learning to open his heart up to people.She did,however,get to see something no one else did.She got to see him smile.

"Say something."

She looked down to his stomach to see he was starting to bleed through the scarf.
"(Y/n)?"he asked.
"Yes."she replied.He grabbed the back of her neck and pulled her into a deep kiss.One full of love and passion,all of the feelings he held for her.
"Why did you do that?"she asked once they pulled apart.
"Because that is the last time I will be able to kiss you."
"No Levi!Don't say that!"

"And I'm sorry."
"That I couldn't get to you."

"I'm sorry (Y/n)."he said.
"For what?"
"For not being strong enough.:
"No.You are strong enough.I'm sorry for not getting her sooner."she said tearing up again.

"Anywhere,I would have fallowed you."

"Me to Levi.Me to."she said choking back a sob.
"Please don't cry (Y/n)."

"Say something."
"I'm giving up on you."

"I'm can't.No matter how hard I try.I can't stop."she said crying more.
"I'm sorry.It hurts me to see you like this."he said tearing up a bit.She smiled a sad smile.
"I'm sorry."

"And I,will swallow my pride."
"Your the one,that I love."
"And i'm saying goodbye."

"It's ok (Y/n).Will you forgive me?"
"Of course I do."he smiled and cupped her cheek caressing it.
"I love you so much (Y/n)."
"I love you to Levi."
They leaned in and shared a loving kiss.

"Say something."

His hand fell from her face as he stopped breathing.She pulled away and looked at his face.Tears fell from her face landing on his cheeks.
"Levi?"she asked quietly looking from his lips to his closed eyes.
"Levi?"she asked a little louder.Her eyes widdend as realization hit her.

"And i'm sorry."
"That I couldn't get to you."

"Levi!"she yelled,the tears falling faster.
"No!No,no,no,no!Levi please!Please!You can't leave me!"she cried hysterically,throwing herself onto her dead loves body.
"I'm sorry Levi!I'm so sorry!"

"Anywhere,I would have fallowed you."

She cried for a long time on his chest. She finally looked up at the face of her love.She ran the back of her fingers on his cheek.
"I love you Levi."

"Say something."
"I'm giving up on you."

She reached down to his neck and took his ascot off him.She leaned and kissed him one last time.
"Goodbye Levi."she said befor she disappeared into the night.

Two months later she died protecting a child.In her hands she held her love's ascot.She died peacefully with a smile on her face.To her very last moments she thought only of him and the love they shared.
