Ian gets an idea and looks up at the nurse."Can you bring a chaplain up here, please?" She nods."Yeah." Ian smiles at her and thanks her. He looks back at Anthony and kisses his hand. "I'll be right back." He walks out of the room and walks to the room next to Anthony's. "Sorry to bother you but do you have 2 rings I can borrow?" The lady smiles and nods."Yes we do." She takes off her ring and her husband takes his off. She hands him the rings and smiles. Ian smiles back and thanks the lady and walks back to Anthony room. As he gets in there he sees the chaplain and some of his and Anthony's friends. Ian sits by Anthony bed and the chaplain says some verses.
Then he gets an idea and calls in the nurses, they bring up a chaplain and he says a couple verses.
He borrows some rings from the couple next door. Everybody's laughing as the tears fall on the floor.
Ian looks into Anthony's eyes and smiles. Then after a couple minutes he says his vows.
He looked into his eyes as he says, "I want you forever, forever and always. Through the good, and the bad, and the ugly.
We'll grow old together, but always remember. Whether rich, or for poor, or whatever we'll still love each other,
Forever and always, forever and always, forever and always."
Ian finishes his vows but the heart monitor slows down. Anthony's voice is almost to low and Ian starts tearing up. Anthony starts saying his vows.
He finishes the vows but the beeps are getting too slow, his voice is almost too low.
As he says"I love you forever, forever and always. Please just remember even if I'm not there, I'll always love you, forever and always..."
Anthony finishes his vows and slowly his eyes shut and then the heart monitor goes flatline.
