Rapunzel's P.O.V:
Its happening, Im going to college. I can hardly believe it, seems like just yesterday I was sending in my application to Crossover College, I cant believe I got accepted! No more Mother following me around anymore, no more sitting with her at lunch, no more sharing dorms with her, no more Mother! Just pure freedom. I packed overnight in excitement and wondered if I should leave my hair down, or up. Mother angrily stood outside my door, tapping her foot.
"Rapunzel...the cab is waiting." She said through gritted teeth. I quickly grabbed my bag and picked up my hair, then stole a quick glance at Mother. She looked old, and tired, not her usual young self. I looked down sadly, and realised why she was angry at me leaving, she was going to miss me. I gave her a hug and almost tripped on my hair. Mother laughed shrilly and pecked me on the cheek, leaving me to deal with this long, blonde, train of hair.
After 12 minutes of quick braiding, I climbed into the cab, and waved goodbye at the 'Tower' I called home. The 'Tower' is a secluded house in the forest, with a nearby village about two days away by walking, 10 minutes while driving. Mother never enjoyed driving, hence forth the dirty, smelly cab I am in. Who cares about that, Im going to college!
