Chapter 12

Annabelle's POV

  I knew it was renard the whole time but after hearing the name Allen I just forgot so obviously when i saw him it was a 'oh yeah' moment. He began spilling out apologies like a bean can being tipped over.
"Renard, I knew it was you okay?" I said finally
"Oh really?" He said his face becoming red
"Yes. Now let's keep going, I heard a scream from.." I began but I saw Merideth with a knife to her neck and slowly the line of blood became a flow and then that became a river until her skin became gray. She let out a gasp for air and her chest didn't rise again.

I held my left hand over my mouth to
keep from screaming and with my right hand I grabbed my dagger. I took a step but renard grabbed my hand and shook his head, then he pointed to himself. He then made a heart sign and pointed to me. I blushed and realized as my real true love was standing before me and he was about to die. I made the heart and pointed at him.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite girl in the world, Annabelle. And who is this you brought with you?" Genii said cooly
"This is Renard, and I am here to stop you from ruining everything we have left." I said with my hands sweating and my legs shaking
"Maybe you need to sit down and get a new dream because your dream isn't about to become true." Genii said noticing my sweaty face and shaking legs
"No." I said sternly
"Excuse me?" Genii said surprised at the answer
"I said no and you will be stopped." I said taking a step closer raising my voice a little more with every word.
"Oh my, I do wish you hadn't taken it this far, I really did like you, I really did like you to be DEAD AND MY WISH WILL COME TRUE BUT YOURS WILL DIE ALONG WITH YOU!" Genii screamed making the walls shake.
I took a step closer to Renard he looked at me and smiled he then grabbed my dagger and ran up to genii
"YOU DON'T SPEAK LIKE THAT TO HER!" He slashed through the air and cut her arm
"AGH!" Genii screamed in pain I was frozen in fear and astonishment. She grabbed Renard by the neck and I shook my head and ran towards her I punched her and kicked but she wouldn't let go of him.
"PLEASE LET HIM GO! I'LL DO ANYTHING I SWEAR!" I screamed as I collapsed to my knees at her feet.

"Anything? Please I have heard that a thousand times." Genii said rolling her eyes. "Do you think it means anything to me?" Genii said

"HEY WHY DID YOU KILL MY GIRLFRIEND!" I heard a voice shout.

"No, that's Allen's girlfriend." Renard managed to say

"No she is my girlfriend." The boy said

"Whatever you say Brian." Renard said annoyed

"Sorry Brian but she lied to you, she was also dating Allen."  I said

"Whatever lo-" He was cut off by the knife that stabbed him through the chest

"Goodnight." Genii said

"Okay can we not kill people." I said

"Oh shut up, Annabelle, we all know the answer is I can't stop" genii said swinging the knife
