The New Guy.

He's the new guy, but he's absolutely perfect. I've talked to him a few times and he's a pretty decent guy from what I can tell. His smile is pure perfection. I know it's extremely early, but I swear I think I'm in love. His eyes are a dark chocolate color and whenever I look in them I swear I can't stop staring. I fall in a daze when I see them. I know I'm probably wrong, but whenever I look in his eyes I feel like I can see hurt. Like he's calling out for help from pain that's killing him on the inside.

I finished typing the last of the new contract I had to make, then got ready to go for lunch. I worked at an office that wrote and revised legal documents that were used in court. We were the kind of people who made contracts between lawyers and their customers and we had ways to trace people's records to help cases.

I stood up and gathered my things, I was thinking maybe Subway. I began walking to the door and saw the new guy sitting there. I just kept walking, he looked like he was hard at work. I went to go sign out for lunch when I decided to go ask him if he wanted to join me. I felt bad because I didn't remember his name.

I knocked on the wall by the doorway. He looked up and flashed that smile that made me weak at the knees.

"Hey, umm, well I was about to head out for lunch. I know you're kind of new here and the only times I've seen you at lunch you're in here eating by yourself. I wanna take you out. You want to go?" I said.

He nodded, "That'd be great. Thanks, umm...what's your name again?"

I laughed a little, "I'm Jasmine. And what's yours?"

"Calvin."

I sort of remembered that. Okay, who am I kidding? I really didn't know that. He closed his laptop and grabbed his coat.

"Any place you wanna go?" I asked.

He gave a sexy smirk, "In N Out Burger is my favorite."

Oh God, I won't lie, that turned me on just a little. "In N Out Burger it is."

We both signed out and began walking towards my car.
