I look around my room as thee sun rises. I begin my senior year today. I put my green contacts in and some skinny jeans on. I put on a metallic ring and some golden brown boots. I put the necklace Alec made for me around my neck. I curl my blonde hair and I smile.
Rosalie knocks before she enters my room. She smiles at my attire and she says everyone is waiting for me. I sigh and I follow behind her.
School is the same, like the whole small town. Nothing ever changes. I shrug it off and I make my way towards the office.
"Name?" The receptionist asks.
"Izzy Cullen." I reply.
She nods blankly and she digs into some files. She hands me a schedule and my locker number and key. I study my schedule.
1st - College Algebra - mr Simone 2nd - English 4 - Mrs Creek 3rd - biology - mr Jones 4th- Art - miss Rosie Lunch 5th - Gym - Coach Clyde 6th - US History - mr Smith
I shrug my shoulder and I walk down the hall towards the senior hall. I walk into my college algebra class and I take my seat beside Jessica and Mike. Mike Newton had a huge crush on Isabella when she first started Forks High. Now, he is in a relationship with Jessica.
"Hey, Izzy." Jessica greets.
"Hi, Jessica." I greet back coldly.
The bell rings and I walk out as fast as any human could. I find my English 4 class soon enough and I sit beside Angela Webber. She smiles at me and she asks for a pencil. I hand her one and tell her to keep it.
I walk to biology when that class ends. I sit in a table alone, I see a new girl walk in. She has bleach blonde hair and pale blue eyes, almost white. She is beautiful. She smiles at me and she takes her seat beside me.
"I am Maria Collard, I'm new around this neck of the woods." She winks.

"I'm Izzy Cullen, I starts last year." I smile.
"Plans for after you graduate?" She asks.
"I'm moving to Italy." I reply. "My boyfriend lives there."
"Your mate." She comments. "I'm a blood sucker too."
I smile widely. "Yay, a vampire friend." I whisper.
She shrieks happily right before the teacher enters the biology room.
Turns out, Maria and I have every class together. We walk to our Art class and take a seat at the furthest table. She says her mate lives all the way in Bulgaria. I smile and we chat our heads off while we wait for miss Rosie to come.
I invite Maria to sit with me and my siblings. I have her close to me so Isabella doesn't steal her away from me.
"Guys, this is my friend, Maria Collard." I say.
"Hi Maria." Isabella says. "You're pretty."
"She's my friend, Isabella." I hiss. "You've stole my family, please don't steel my only immortal friend."
Maria smirks. "I won't leave you, Izzy." Maria says. "I will ask Jose to move us to Italy."
"Really?" I exclaim happily.
"Yes, which part will you be?" Maria asks.
"Volturi." I reply.
"Which one is your mate?" She ask, interested.
"Alec." I reply. "Jane likes me."
"That's surprising." Maria says softly. "Jane dislikes everyone. But you."
"I know, I've heard of her killing random people and crime breaking vamps." I say with a light smirk.
Maria smiles and she starts talking about her changing story. Cauis changed her; se met Jose and she mated. Now, she is in Forks, waiting to graduate to go to Bulgaria then to Italy if Jose agrees to it.
Lunch soon ends and I go to my Gym class. Maria and I change out in the stall together. We compliment each other's flawless bodies before we put our gym uniforms on. We go out and the guys all whistle at us.
We are playing dodge ball, I am sitting out. Being a newborn vampire and all. Isabella, her clumsy self, falls and scrapes her knee, blood oozes out. She eyes me worldly. I smell the sweet scent and I throw my hand over my nose and I rush into the dressing room. I quickly dress, holding my nose, and I rush out.
I skip the rest of school because of Isabella's accident in gym class. I sit in a log in our territory staring at the Quiluette territory. I just fed and now I am calming myself down.
A solid black shape shifter comes to their end. He sits there and he stares at me. I wave at him and I hide my head in my knees; I almost slipped up and attack Isabella. I stopped myself and i left before I could.
I zoom back home and I rush up to my room. I slam the door and i lock it. A few hours later, I smell Isabella's sweet blood. I let out a scream and I throw a pillow over my nose. Esme rushes in and sees my struggle.
"Bella scraped her knee." I say with a stiff voice. "I almost slipped up. I had to leave."
Esme gasps softly and she zooms out. I close my door softly and I hide in a dark corner of my room. Isabella's sweet scent vanishes when she leaves. I left out a breath but I remain hidden.
I stare into the darkness of my room and I lay my head against the wall.
