Fear and the night
I have no choice, but to go forwards. Now, I have to find the "comfort of my fear"? What the heck does that mean. Dumb scroll! Wait a second, didn't that scroll say my fondest wish lies ahead? I read the scroll again, yes, it does say that my fondest wish lies ahead. That means I can go back to my island, but my hope was shattered into little pieces, when I remembered that to do that I would have to find the "comfort of my fear". I mean what does that even mean and if I find the "comfort in my fear". It wouldn't be fear anymore, would it. Aghhhh, I'm so confused, how am I ever going to get back home. After a few minutes of frantic panicking, I calm down and decide that first I should explore this dark world.
Ahead, I see a small shack, named "H a s S ved. Hmmm, what does that mean, I wonder as I look through the window. Inside were horrifying creatures to disturbing to describe. One of the least scary, was a vampire like creature, who, I notice is the only one who isn't eating a human, who seemed quite... Never mind. Another table showed a human head. In one swift bite, a monster ate it.
I realised what the decayed sign said. H a s S ved. Humans Served. How many people have ventured here before me, I wondered. Did anyone get out of this wretched place? The one thing I knew I had to do was to disguise myself. I walk away from the shack(hopefully, no one noticed me). That's when I saw it, a knife covered with blood. I pick it up and I see a dead body lying right next to it. I suddenly hear footsteps behind me, I make sure that I have the knife, then I run.
